The worst and most important thing that this hotel presents is unfriendly, inattentive, indifferent staff, primarily managers at the reception, chefs in the restaurant, as well as everyone you want to contact for information or help. From the first impression to the departure to the airport, the attitude towards you is as if you are asking to spend the night for free and they are doing you some kind of forced service. There is no organization of settlement / eviction, everything is somehow chaotic, ill-conceived. You can stand at the counter with several managers for several minutes, and no one will pay attention to you, and this is at least unprofessional, not to mention some pleasant impression and concern for the client.
