We are in Sharm for the fourth time. The hotel for the declared 5 * does not pull unambiguously.
Settlement. The hotel is 10-15% full. At the same time, you have to wait for the settlement (despite the chocolate bar). Accelerated our check-in scandal at the reception. moreover, it was not we who were scandalous, but an English-speaking guest who demanded to provide a number to his friend. After that, the staff suddenly became more polite, gave us a number, not forgetting to draw attention, so they say it’s not time yet, but we give you a number... Of course you give, they took chocolate, and the foreign tourist went on to scandalize the administration, remembering the names of the staff and calling security... They settled in building 43.
Number. The TV remote didn't work. plumbing and furniture are old. In general, the room is ok. But after a few days, water began to flow from under the sink... Shampoos and shower gels lay down. But cleaning is a separate moment - the cleaner tried to come when we were in the room, despite the fact that he almost always saw when we left the room. There is a sign - "Do not disturb", but the signs "can be removed" - no! And the quality of cleaning - at best, the replacement of towels. Walked on the floor barefoot - black feet.

Territory. Large, beautifully designed. True, if the hotel will be filled at least 3-4 times more - I just can’t imagine how everyone can fit near the pool and in the restaurant...
Sea. We went for him. The sea is beautiful, a lot of living creatures. We saw moray eels and stingrays. Lionfish after 5 pm swim in the right sea basin. The pontoon opens late at 9 am, and already at 17-30 they begin to close. That's when the pool fills up and the pool bar closes.
Bar. After 18-00, only one bar opens and remains working according to the all system - on the second floor near the restaurant. Which is very inconvenient, because. the distances are great and running with cups is cool all! Not to mention water. There are adequate bartenders who can pour water into a bottle, and if there are observers nearby, then pour the water from the cups! And it's 5*!!!
Nutrition. It is extremely inconvenient that during lunch and dinner there is no tea in the restaurant, only then go to the bar - nonsense! Food - quality is ok, but the choice of dishes for this level is very low. And as Ramadan began and the Arabs left, it got even worse - squids, peaches, melons disappeared, there were fewer meat options, the chicken was very dry... The road to the restaurant goes between shops with Arabs, who alone are trying to drag you into their store. Just enough. When we were looking for a restaurant for the first time, a phrase from the movie "Magicians" arose: "Who is standing like that !! ? People !! ! AU!!! ".
Animation. Programs are handed out, where everything seems to be written, but if you don’t catch a Russian-speaking animator, you won’t get to minigolf, simulators, or trampolining. Because it’s not written in the program where it’s held and without an animator they won’t let you in, and if the animator is English-speaking, then it’s not a fact that they will do anything at all (for those who don’t understand Italian. . . )
Show. The only thing I really liked about this hotel. The shows are just amazing.

Ayman. We were extremely surprised that there are such hospitable and open Arab merchants! He has 2 shops - one is called "Cool Shop" (with souvenirs), and the second is higher with spices, teas and oils. It was always a pleasure to go to him, even just to visit him to talk. He will always help, someone is burned, someone has caught a cold, someone will simply be treated to hibiscus. He is very tasty. (although I didn't like him before) Ayman, good luck and prosperity to you!
