After reading the reviews, looking at the photo of the hotel, listening to the operator's tour, which convinced us that the hotel is very good, we ordered tours. We arrived at the hotel late at 23:00, we were settled not in the Oasis, but in Aquamarine and offered to go for a late dinner. To be honest, it was not at all before dinner, as we were very tired on the road, having not slept for a day. But the people who went to it said that they offered a lot of food to eat. We, a family of 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child 5 years old, went straight from the reception to the room. When we entered the room, it was SHOCK. Seeing cracked walls, torn tulle with curtains, yellow tiles in the place where the hose was connected to the toilet (water was clearly flowing), the tiles on the floor were all in splinters and it seemed that they had not been washed for two weeks, the windows on the balcony had the impression that they had not washed from the time of construction, all in the dust and in the prints of hands. In addition to everything in the room there were only two single beds, made up. We told the Arab who brought us to the room that the room was booked for 2 + 1, and asked to deliver the bed to the child. He immediately called somewhere and said that in 10 minutes. the bed will be in the room, and if they don’t bring it, then leave the number where to call. The hotel manager was asked a question about the bed, since the child slept in a hole between the beds for 7 days and, out of emotion, kicked me and my husband at night, rushing from one side to the other. As for the rooms, this hotel is a weak 3. For food, a decent 4-ka, there was always chicken, meat, fish. Lots of sweets and you won't go hungry. There are no snacks at the beach bars, as it is written on the website. Another disadvantage of this hotel is that there is a huge territory, it does not mean that you can walk everywhere. The Italians buy out the Villas and, accordingly, you won’t get into the pools, which look very beautiful in the pictures, this is already a private area. Only Italians are allowed on the salt lake. Us ordinary mortals can use only one pool, in which the water is very muddy and smelly, and the beach where there is a large pan tone. Animation in the hotel is not what, It is almost invisible and inaudible. The best thing about this hotel is the red sea, which remains beautiful in any hotel. Exotic fish, corals, warm water. So I don't want to go back to this hotel.
