Liked: large clean area, coral reefs for snorkeling, delicious food, pool for children, sandy beach.
Disliked: bad room (torn curtains, uncleaned plumbing, faucets, antediluvian small Nokia TV!!! ). Bad wifi (almost always it does not work, I bought a separate SIM card for the Internet). Poor cleaning in the room (beds do not know how to make, sand near the door or spilled juice on the table is not noticed, but they take the dollar regularly). You can not take out food and especially drinks from the dining room. Drinking water had to be purchased additionally. There is practically nowhere to swim on the beach. There are coral reefs around, there are only two small fenced pieces 10 * 20 meters in size and that's it. Mosquitoes (you need to take an electric fumigator or sprays with you in advance). There was no hot water in the room. Only a cool shower, which is generally nonsense. Ice cream for children - only for a fee, 1 ball - $ 2. There are almost no entertainment programs for children, you can put your child to watch cartoons, or do handicrafts, there is almost nothing on the playground. The kids were bored. The staff at the reception do not give any change when paying checks. For example, you had to pay 80 Egyptian pounds for 2 servings of ice cream. At the reception, they thought that it was 4.53 USD and did not give any change. The second time I came to pay 40 Egyptian pounds for a mini-pizza, I gave 50, they did not give change to 10. Each hotel guide has the same story "I have a wife from Vinnitsa". Also on the first day they distribute advertising booklets about tours and excursions, then they say that you are incredibly lucky and the owner of the hotel has a birthday and therefore makes a 50% discount on all tours. In general, they brazenly fool out of the blue. First and last time I stayed there. There is nothing to do especially with children. I still can’t understand why I paid for all inclusive and where is 5 stars? ! Maximum 2.
