We arrived early in the morning, settled right away, we wanted to go to building 44, but there were no free rooms (even for money), we checked in at 43, the sea is also nearby. The hotel sucks! Turkish troyak, no more. The only thing is the beach, just gorgeous! Sea view - right from the window of the room, a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Beach, more than 1 km long, pontoon. There are 2 sea pools on the pontoon. The reef is very beautiful, there is where to swim. In total, there are 3 pontoons on the beach near the Sultan, Aquamarine + Oasis and Harem. Beauty is the same everywhere, not far from the Harem pontoon, the entrance to the water from the shore along the sand is cut down, you can enter the water from the shore.
Excellent animation every evening, everything is very beautiful, there is something to see. This is where all the pluses end. The room is rather cramped, but in aquamarine it is not yet as crowded as in an oasis! The furniture is old and broken. It's beyond words! Why does the hotel have 5 stars? They cleaned the room at random, it was necessary to stand near the cleaner and show with a finger what and where to clean - change! but at the same time he took a tip regularly! Although the quality of cleaning is not reflected in any way! At the same time, he constantly climbed with questions, knocked on the room, even if you hang a sign - do not disturb, he still needs to knock and ask a couple of idiotic questions, but is everything fine! Everything is bad, they bothered to explain to him, they already spat, they did not spoil their mood.
Restaurant. To be honest, the language does not turn THIS to call a restaurant! Eatery. When there are few people in the hotel - nothing else, you can safely have breakfast - lunch and dinner. But when the hotel is full. . . it's terror flying on the wings of the night! There are not enough places, there are not enough dishes, everyone is running around, bumping into each other, the dishes are breaking. The Russians are grabbing huge plates, food is heaped, something is falling, they poured coffee and soup on me several times (the girl rushed so hard with a full bowl of food). In short, we did not go to the canteen, we ate in paid restaurants. We bought a card to the restaurant from the promoter - very convenient and quite comfortable. I didn’t really like the seafood basket at the beach restaurant - everything was deep-fried, fatty and the taste of seafood was spoiled.

In Egypt, we are 4 times, but the first time we encountered such a disgrace.
Now a little about the structure of the hotel. The hotel is Italian, the time is also Italian (one hour more than in Egypt). Very "convenient" people are evicted from the room an hour earlier)))). The hotel consists of 5 hotels Aquamarine, Oasis, Harem, Ilisir, Sultan, respectively 4 receptions (Aquamarine and Oasis have one reception). The territory is large, we only visited the Oasis, Sultan, lived in Aquamarine. The rest of the legs did not reach, far. Tuff-tuffs drive around the territory, you can move on them, because in the heat it’s hard to walk far up the stairs, uphill. There are few ALL bars for such a large area. The sea is nearby at Aquamarine Beach, from Aquamarine - pool the sea is far away, in the heat it is not pleasant to walk. When checking in, they often try to slip the pool to those who have a scourge in the voucher. This must be followed.
The strangeness of the hotel. Hot drinks only for breakfast. The rest of the time - for a fee. Water is brought to the room once upon arrival, the rest of the time - for a fee, or in the dining room pour from a container with drinks. True, the staff swears if someone poured into bottles. We bought water from the 247 supermarket on site. In the sea, fish release poison. It is not fatal, but unpleasant and painful. My daughter suffered quite badly (she was numb, her arm was swollen, there was a terrible pain, watery blisters on the skin), they went to the doctor, gave 2 injections, gave pills and ointments, did not swim for 2 days. She plunged into poison, swimming in pools on pontoons, she was near the net. I don’t know what this aggression of fish is connected with, but the same thing happened in the sea, I also got into it more than once. although she didn’t feed the fish, didn’t chase, and didn’t touch anything at all. Nobody warns us about this. An injection of suprastin and tablets, any antihistamines for 3 days helps from fish poison. The place where the poison enters must be treated with an ointment for dermatitis.
Nutrition. nothing special to say, nothing outstanding, few fruits (melons, watermelons, dates, oranges, grapefruits). Everything else - as usual in Egypt. Paid restaurants cook much better, well, and the choice is correspondingly larger. And most importantly, there are no abnormal Russians. Seafood is cooked amazingly in restaurants on Naama Bay. True portions are huge))), delicious tea as a gift. We did not notice how we sat in a restaurant for 2 hours. It was not expensive - 40 dollars for three. it is more convenient to pay in pounds.

I would especially like to note the animators. great guys! ! I have never seen better! my daughter was surrounded by such attention that she could not tear herself away from them. Didn't want to leave. These guys did the impossible - they lifted the mood even in the most difficult situations. Evening shows - were just great! And during the day they did not let anyone get bored! Huge thanks to all of them for this!
