The rooms are cleaned formally, they just make the beds and that's it. Sand, accidentally brought in swimming trunks from the beach, lay in the bathroom for 2 weeks. In general, stained curtains and lampshades in the room cause disgust. Meals are monotonous: 2 types of pasta (spaghetti and feathers), 2 types of rice (white and with some herbs), 1 type of potato, stewed vegetables (marking, zucchini, beans), meat (baked chicken, meatloaf, fish, lamb or beef), 2 types of the first (clear broth and puree soup), well, salads and a sweet table. The food doesn't taste particularly good, but you won't leave hungry. On day 3-4, I want borscht and lard with black bread. Animation in the composition of 8 people !!! ! does not work for a huge hotel. Nothing to do during the day. Kids club for 10 Italian kids and that's it! Our children are wandering under the scorching sun, restless. There is no evening animation for children, not even famous dances!! ! Evening daily show of the dance team - beautiful, elegant, loud - the only entertainment. Maybe someone is interested in watching every day - once a week would be enough for us, but there was no choice. 1 time a week - MISS DOMINA, 1 time - KARAOKE COMPETITION, all other days - team dances. Regarding the admiration from the singer Valentisi, he is still a hack, they heard him twice in 2 weeks, the rest of the time he is not clear where, although he formally hung out at the workplace, and then any singer from the khinkalnaya will shut him up on the first notes. It's important!!!! ! Bars are paid both in the Arena and in the Mosaic. The bill is an average of 35-50 bucks for a little bit of alcohol, really good. Free: Booze Bar until 12 pm and beach bar to the right of the main pontoon until 6 pm. That's all inclusive for you!
No one writes about the biggest problem of the hotel - almost all tourists have diarrhea, either they block reviews, or the managers themselves write that everything is fine. You only drink bottled water, do not eat anything suspicious, however....It carries everyone with terrible force, we talked with many tourists, some of them reached a temperature. The pills help only a little, but just a sip of water is enough to start running again. In short, a nightmare!
The sea is beautiful - you can’t say anything, but again, splashing like herring in a jar in a limited area of ​ ​ u200bu200bthe sea is not particularly charming. But with the pool in general beauty! Not a single manager warned that the central pool was under repair and for a long time! There are 2 more, but it’s too far to go to them from our 42 building, and from 43 and 44, no less than 1 km! People wishing to come again - did not see. And I will never believe anyone that there is great, tasty and fun!! ! Do not lie, gentlemen - managers. Yes, yes, it is the managers who raise the rating of the hotel who write excellent reviews !!!! ! Clean first and foremost and check the water and food for sticks, hire an animation that actually works.
