Хуже не видела... испорчен отпуск!!! Haven't seen worse... vacation ruined!!!

I have never met a more unfriendly hotel. It was far from the first time in Egypt and I know this country only from the good side. But here in this hotel all the most negative things have gathered... Starting with the reception and ending with the security in the "dining room"... you will be rude everywhere! Having collected water in a bottle for a child, they forced Her to wag (watering her flowerpot at the entrance to the "dining room"), this is one of the examples... I had to buy water... since She is nowhere to be found . . , only in a restaurant with which you don’t take with you vineses and a sip and in a bar on the beach, but it is the only one on the whole huge beach, walking is not very convenient... the rooms are not new and practically no one cleans, they just pretend (the dollar does not affect cleaning). There are many disadvantages that I don’t even want to remember... the vacation turned out like a bad dream...
The only plus is the sea... but this is not the merit of the hotel... and luxurious sunbeds right in the water on the beach... you can lie on them for a long time, rolling on the waves...
I advise you not to spoil your vacation !!!! !
