Good day to all! This is our fifth visit to Egypt - and the hotel hasn't been missed yet!! ! The disappointment is complete. Saved only the coast and the sea. The hotel itself - rooms, reception, dining rooms (no other way to call it) - everything is old and, sorry for the jargon, "usatanny". Territory - all crooked and half-groomed, a lot of dead wood. The worst part is the attitude of the staff! as I understand it, for this period of the year, it’s normal that there are so many Egyptian-Arab vacationers, somewhere around 85%....yes, there were guests from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Germany, Belarus... But all the attention of the staff was literally riveted to "ours": assortment of food, music, etc. In line (!!!! ) for food, and the line was constantly for meat and fish dishes, as well as at breakfast for eggs, the "native population" was served without a queue, you could stand for 15 minutes waiting for a miracle... but what "they" arranged at any meal is generally disgusting - dirt, constant yelling, drinks did not reach the table - they spilled halfway... to hell with it on the floor - but on chairs, on themselves....yes , and then their "ladies" in the same clothes sat in all the pools... which, by the way, were periodically closed for a technical break to clean up feces....Therefore, yes, we swam only in the sea...
