Wi-fi is at the reception, it is better to catch it in the morning, because. in the second, a lot of vacationers appear. There was a lot of animation, especially for children, we were not interested in it, so I won’t speak for it much.
1. Day of arrival: we arrived at the hotel late, around 9 pm. At the reception they indicated where you can leave the suitcases and directed us to dinner. After dinner, the administrator offered to choose a building, showed where we should live according to the voucher and suggested an option a little closer, said that it was a "good room") We didn't pay anything extra, but simply thanked us with chocolate. Locals love Ukrainian chocolate very much.
2. Room: standard size, has an electronic safe, air conditioning, a balcony and a spacious bathroom with a bidet. The room has an electric kettle, tea, coffee, cups, refrigerator. In the application, we indicated a double bed, of course, they didn’t give us one) We weren’t at a loss and moved two one-and-a-half beds, it turned out one large sleeping bed.

In the room, we only slept, so the room suited us completely.
3. Staff and cleaning: the guys are all very friendly, they will always ask how you are doing, they will quickly come to the rescue if you need it. Sometimes, we really really needed it, because. sometimes the card with a chip that opened the number did not work. There is a telephone on each floor from which you can call the reception and you will be sent a repairman or security to open the door.
They clean the room daily, bring water, fresh towels and even stack your things)
In the dining room, as soon as they see an empty plate, they immediately take it away before specifying whether you have finished. If something is dropped on the floor, the cleaner immediately comes and cleans it up.
4. Territory: a lot of greenery, fountains, various flowers, sculptures, benches, etc.
5. Food: if you eat lobster, shrimp and freshly squeezed fresh juices at home, then you are definitely not here. Any vegetarian, meat-eater and sweet tooth will find food for themselves here) Chicken, beef, and turkey were given from meat in various variations. For fish and meat, a small queue is formed, because. dishes are always cooked in front of you on the grill.
For breakfast, there is always a fresh omelet, falafel, milk (from powder), jams, yogurts, puddings, milk porridges and pastries. They cut cheese and sausage (I didn’t try it, but people always took it)
For lunch, a thick cream - soup (carrot, mushroom, chicken), fish, meat, a lot of vegetables, salads, side dishes, sweet desserts.
From fruits they gave: watermelon, melon, pear, grapes, dates, orange.
Desserts were a huge choice, but the plus, minus everything of the same type - biscuit or puff pastry.
Never left hungry.
6. Sea....no words. Beautiful reef, vibrant underwater world! On the beach, a flooded pontoon gave the beach romance) If you walk along it, then the fish swim right at your feet and the waves gently break on your case and throw you back a little.

The hotel is good for your budget, especially for those who travel to Egypt because of the beautiful sea.
Yes, there are a lot of Arabs in the hotel. If you are a hard racist, then it’s better not to come here) The locals didn’t bother us at all, there were no evil looks and infringements from their side. They are very friendly and emotional. Somewhere below I read that they allow their children a lot... So, they allow what we allow ours. Believe me, it was clearly something to compare with.
But the Arabs do not allow themselves to communicate with the staff the way the Slavs do. For which I personally was very ashamed. Dear, do not disgrace our beautiful nation, rest at home!
