Like everyone, I read a lot of reviews about the hotel before buying a tour. We went with the mood for a good rest, because there are a lot of people who always don’t like something. We rested at the end of September with a family with a child of 3 years. We wanted to get into the 32nd building, we got into it without additional payments (we just asked for a quiet, peaceful place and close to the sea).
The building is located close to the elevator. The elevator itself does not descend directly to the sea, but goes to the level with the pool and the Grill restaurant. Worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Yes, the windows in the elevator did not shine with cleanliness, in principle, like the windows in all buildings, but this did not affect the quality of rest, for us personally.
The territory is large: there are many places for beautiful photos. There were no mountains of debris. Or maybe you just didn't want to notice. The territory was cleaned regularly, flowers, bushes, trees were watered in the early morning. There are, of course, abandoned corners, but, I think, with a small occupancy, hotels and staff worked less. The hotel is asking for repairs, this is a fact, but they themselves saw how they tinted somewhere, repaired somewhere. I want to believe that the hotel will not fall into decay.

Regarding the Arabs: we are in a period when there were few of them. Those who were absolutely not annoying, the children did not scream, did not sit on the tables, did not litter. The child even made friends with Arab children, we even took pictures with our families.
Meals: Like everyone else, I will write "you will not stay hungry" and this is a fact! For breakfast, muesli, cereals, delicious yoghurts, fruits, buns. For lunch and dinner, always beef, chicken, fish. The child could always choose something not spicy. As a wish: it would still be possible to make brewed coffee free of charge (before that they were in the top four with free).
Service: Service at the height of rudeness, ridicule, as written below in the reviews was not. Starting from the reception and ending with the beach, all the staff were ready to help. there were always smiles on your face (magic dollars to help you).
I can write a lot and for a long time, as my memories are fresh. I will gladly answer questions. The hotel left a positive impression.
