Arrived in Sharm at 19.00, got to the hotel almost at 22.00. Thanks to the hotel that everyone was taken to the dining room and allowed to have dinner.
There were no problems with the settlement, they gave two guys at the reception a big good chocolate bar of ours and that's it. They didn't give money. They settled in the first building. Everything worked, there were no problems.
Everything was arranged according to the room, without frills, but everything was present: water was replenished, tea and coffee, too, bath accessories are always available. About cleaning just tin!! ! It feels like it hasn't been cleaned at all. Towels were not changed even once in 9 nights, they were neatly folded and that's it!!! ! The foot towels lying on the floor turned grey-black by the end of the rest. Nobody changed them. The figurines were not twisted even once, the child was very upset, waited, waited....Every day they left a dollar, the situation did not change!

Food. Basically, it's fine. The choice of food is not great, but everything is cooked deliciously. The cooks are trying, everything is ok. However, there is no toilet in the main restaurant, there is simply nowhere to wash your hands, VERY NOT CONVENIENT!!!!
Full of flies and sparrows!!! ! You should step aside for a minute and sparrows will eat from your plate!! ! Therefore, the table was never abandoned, someone was always sitting at the table.
There are even more sparrows in the grill restaurant at lunchtime!!! ! Went there once and never went again, horrible!!! ! Dishes stand and they are not even covered, sparrows fly up and eat, and then people come up and serve their own food!!!!
Alcohol is HORRIBLE!!! ! Something stinks, either gasoline, or kerosene, or acetone, it’s impossible to drink !! ! Normal only beer and more or less white wine. We drank our alcohol from Dutik.
I can’t say anything bad about the staff, everyone is trying, always friendly and smiling. They will always help, a lot of young guys, not 'overeaten'. My son and I came to the pool several times on the hill and it was turned on for us, only for us, since there was no one else, it was a bit cold....
Beach. We settled on beach 4. Since we were unlucky with the weather, there was a strong wind, it was very cold for 4 days, it sometimes rained, down there it was a little more comfortable. The sun on the beach is up to 14.30, then the rock closes and -shade!!! ! Then we went to beach 5, where you could still 'catch the sun'. There is a VERY strong stench from the toilet on two beaches, it's just not possible !!! ! This has never been seen before!!! ! And very DIRTY!!! ! The beaches are not cleaned! Tea bags, cigarette butts, a broken lamp, which we observed all 9 days on the descent to the sea, lay all 9 days on the steps....
Still not a pleasant experience with the guide at the hotel from the Anex tour. Excursions are very actively imposed, they go too far, they are openly rude, someone constantly cursed with him. Tin!!!!
In general, they changed the situation, noted the DR of her husband not at home. In other words, they didn’t congratulate him at the hotel, no cake, no fruit, no figurine, no towels, nothing....It’s not important, but not pleasant....

We understand that we went to a budget hotel, it was our choice, but somehow it's very sad. . . We won't do this again!!! ! Either go more expensive, or not at all !! !
