Hello everybody. I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 9 nights and 10 days. We flew from "Annex" on the airline "Azurair". They were very satisfied with the flight by air, everything is comfortable and at a high level. We flew from Kyiv at night. The hotel was at 9:00. We immediately paid 10? To settle us in a room away from the pools as soon as possible, so that the beautiful room was quiet. The bracelets were put on us only at 13:00 and were also settled at this time. My indignation knew no bounds. This is not the first time we are in Egypt, but this is the first time we have had such an attitude. In previous hotels we waited a maximum of 2 hours, but not 4. We were not allowed to drink or eat. Were tired from the road. Everyone who came with us gave money and everyone waited until 13:00. I think this is done on purpose so that we don't get to breakfast and go around the hotel.
While waiting for check-in for 4 hours, we had the opportunity to observe how managers communicate with tourists: Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians and Kazakhs are treated superficially, facial expressions are frostbitten, but when Germans and Italians come, they sneeze, smile and love prisoners. So we settled down. NUMBER was poorly cleaned. Visually - the room is good, more or less. One huge problem with the rooms is the lack of soundproofing. We heard everything, quite literally, what the vacationers were saying in the rooms next door. It was horrible! Cardboard walls. I said this at the reception, but we were not relocated, they said: "If they speak loudly or shout - call the police. " I emphasize: this problem in all rooms! Now about the BEACH. It can be reached by elevator or stairs. There are many stairs. If you are an elderly person or have foot problems - this hotel is not for you.
Some behave culturally and civilly, but most - shouting, smoking, some wild. Women bathe in burqas. I saw only a few in special closed suits. THE AREA OF THE BEACH AND HOTEL IS LARGE, BUT NOT CAREFUL. Everything is kind of abandoned, neglected. It seems that the owners do not like their hotel. There is no feeling in this hotel that you are a guest. All the staff is gloomy, bloated, indifferent. But not with the Europeans! RIF no. We've been to many hotels, but he's dead. Want to see fish - swim far to the left (if you face the sea), but when the waves are all the time, you will not swim very far. RESTAURANT: at first glance, a lot, but everything repeats itself day by day. The potatoes were always raw and tasteless, there were long lines on the grill and spaghetti, the workers seemed to serve deliberately slowly, they enjoyed the line with plates, as if to ask everyone for that piece of chicken or fish.

In a 5 * hotel this should not be, it humiliates the guest. There is a lot of baking, the baking is delicious. We were not hungry, but we did not see any fine cuisine there. Ice cream is distributed at the bar, it is no. Coffee - no. Plastic cups do not wash well. I had an unpleasant case: in the bar, which is on the reception, she asked to pour me a fan. When I drank it, I saw that the glass was dirty, someone in front of me was drinking cola. I was bored. Be careful if you do not want to bring home a rotovirus infection. This is a hotel you do not want to return to. My husband and I love Egypt very much and it was the first hotel I wanted to escape from, which was cold, because they don't like guests here, they don't appreciate those who chose them. I also want to tell a story that happened to us on the third day of rest: my husband grabbed a ball of buoys in the sea and was badly burned by corals.
When we approached the manager at the reception, he said that we have two options: either they call an ambulance and take the man away, or do we pay big money or 20? their doctor on the spot will give an allergy shot and prescribe treatment. We agreed to a doctor from the hotel. When they went to his office, I was very sorry that I didn't take a picture of what I saw there: clutter, unsanitary conditions, scattered syringes on the table. I was very surprised that he washed his hands and put on disposable gloves when giving the injection. If he hadn't done that, we would have called an ambulance. Hotel administration, go to your doctor's office, there is fear! And one more thing: we went on an excursion to Israel, for one day, from the Annex. In the morning, when all ours from different hotels began to get breakfast, which they packed the hotel, it turned out that our breakfast was the poorest: a pack of juice, a bun, a little melted cheese. I was ashamed of the hotel.
Draw conclusions from what I wrote. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
