My journey began with an unpleasant situation, Anex tour delayed our flight for 9 hours. No one warned about the transfer, and since we flew for the first time in our lives, we did not know that there was an online scoreboard where you could view the departures. The agency warned us about the transfer at the moment when we were already on the transfer to the airport. The tour operator did not report on time. Our flight was rescheduled every half hour as we struggled while waiting for our plane. We were very dissatisfied, finally flew to Egypt. Arrived hungry and tired at 2 am.
In the transfer to the hotel, the guide said that they would feed us and so on. .
But, when we arrived (it was already 3 hours), we were not very friendly at the reception. The hotel employee knew that the flight was delayed and we immediately asked to feed us at least somehow, but the answer was: "There is no food, and in general, this is the tour operator's problem. "

We were with children, but no one looked at it, no sympathy, no food, nothing.
The second shock began when I entered the room.
Floors with three-centimeter dirt on the table, on the bedside table, on the floor - THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED. A terribly dirty path lay, walking along it without taking off their shoes like previous guests, hair and earth were lying in pieces. The bed was hairy and stained, it was unpleasant to go to bed even with such fatigue.
When we returned to the reception, we decided to ask for another room. Of course, we were told that there were NO NUMBERS, turned around and left. We even said that we would not go to the room and would sit in the Lobby. But they didn't respond to that either.
The hotel itself is old, the rooms are old, the renovation was most likely not done from the very beginning. We came with a large group, then friends had it even worse. The triple room was not with 3 beds as it should be. And there were 2 beds and something like a folding bed. Sleeping was terrible and uncomfortable.
In the morning I had to raise a scandal about cleanliness and everything else.
Of course they removed it, but the bed, again, with hair and all in spools.
Every day we left $ 1 and hoped that they would clean it normally.

The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle, TV, toilet and bidet were new, the bathroom itself is old (you can’t enter it without shoes). The water was constant.
As for the kitchen, to be honest, I did not like anything. Drinks are pure poison. In the lobby, they poured into glasses that were washed with some kind of chemistry and this chemistry remained on the lips. So never drink anything in the lobby. On the beach only and in the Grill bar.
Ala carte is another dining room, as is their Opera restaurant. Of the three Ala Cartes, we were given the opportunity to visit 2 - Mexican and Italian.
Even taking into account the fact that this is my first time in Egypt and I have nothing to compare with, all this is a quiet horror. Not tasty in Mexican, in Italian I liked only the cake.

Of course, I understand that for this money, perhaps this is normal, but the service, the quality of drinks and food are DEFINITELY NOT AT 5K.
