The review is long and detailed. We stayed at this hotel from September 5 to September 16.2019. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and willing to help. They only speak mainly Arabic. The reception, bartenders, some waiters and guides speak Russian and English very well. The hotel has tourists from such countries as: Ukraine, Italy, Belarus, Jordan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, many local people, many Arabs with children, noisy, not everyone is clean, we must be prepared for this, they did not interfere with us. The hotel area is huge, very well maintained, beautiful: palm flowers, fountains, bridges, pools with slides. Shared territory with the Dreams Vacation hotel, the same hotel, but the second line.

On the territory there is a "bird paradise", in which there are various birds and beautiful parrots. Very beautiful.

Only in the evening, the fountains have a strong smell of bleach, just to the point of dizziness, especially near the main building, where there are tables and the singer Natalya sings in the evening - you won’t sit out for a long time. We arrived around midnight, settled quickly, but there were no towels in the room and the bed was not quite clean. In the room: air conditioning, TV with different channels, refrigerator, mini-safe, kettle, tea-coffee-sugar, water, napkins. In the bathroom: soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There was also a door to the next room in the room, which did not close and was not fixed in any way, which made us very alarmed.

In the morning there was a meeting with the hotel guide, there are two of them - Georges and Mahmoud. I really liked Mahmoud. Of course, they offered excursions, we bought several from them. They said that if there are problems, you can contact the guides, they wrote the problems on the back of the questionnaire. We were immediately offered to change the room, but we refused.
Later in our room we started having problems with hot water. I had to repeatedly contact the reception, the water appeared. The next day the water disappeared again. Again the receptionist, and so several times. Somebody cut off the water somewhere in our room. Then we were informed that there was a water problem in this room and we would have to move. At first they offered a room on the first floor, we didn’t even look, they gave us another one. We looked, we liked it, but it was not removed. We were told to collect our luggage and wait for the room to be cleaned, after which we would be transferred. We waited for 4 hours until we again began to contact the reception. As a result, we spent almost 2 days of our vacation on moving and waiting. Later, the manager Irina called us, apologized and sent a plate of fruit as an apology.

The food is good. Varied, very wide range. Only there was a queue for scrambled eggs, pasta, pizza, fish, in general, what is cooked right in front of you.

The pastries and desserts are delicious. There was fish, chicken, beef, quail, beans, pasta, potatoes, for lunch there were always two kinds of soup. Cheese and sausage were given in portions of two pieces, but they are very tasteless, we did not take. Beer and wine not diluted. We dined several times at the Grill House on the beach, it seemed to us tastier there than in the main restaurant. There's also an ala carte entry. We were in the same grill house and in the fish house - we liked it very much, I recommend it! But you need to sign up immediately upon arrival. Animators are a different story. The guys are just great! Super team!! ! They try their best.

From morning to evening dancing, aqua aerobics, volleyball, tennis, darts, shows in the amphitheater in the evening. There are always free sun loungers near the pools, and they are new and clean. But on the beach, the sun loungers and mattresses are simply dead, it is very unpleasant to lie on them. Not very clean plastic cups and they are not disposable at all. The sea is awesome. Clean, warm, very beautiful fish, reef.
Entry into the sea from three pontoons. Go down the stairs to the beach, or along the path, or there is an elevator. Enter the sea only in corals. Internet is free at the reception, but we bought a Vodafone SIM card at the airport for $9.

We went to the famous restaurant Fares on Il Mercato - very cool, I recommend everyone to visit it. The freshest delicious seafood that you can choose yourself and they will cook for you right there. And be sure to try their signature seafood soup and mango juice. Delicious! A taxi to Il Mercato and back cost us $5, to the old town $6. Everywhere you have to bargain.

A separate story - Anex Tour. Everything is well organized - guides, buses, excursions. But only until something happens. We had an accident on our tour. Guide promised to help contact the insurance. But at the end of the evening no one even asked us how we were doing.
Moreover, the guide left the bus before anyone else, and we were taken to the hotels. I had to deal with the insurance on my own, because we arrived from the excursion late in the evening, the hotel guide was no longer there either. This has nothing to do with the hotel.
