Arriving at the hotel, at the reception we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to a restaurant for lunch, I didn’t go for lunch, but went for a walk around the territory. I got a call from my wife, who was sobbing excitedly into the phone. I found a crying wife with two children near building 26 in a dirty double room, near the trash can, God knows where from the elevator to the sea, pool and restaurant. I remind you: the wife with a broken leg and there are four of us.
They were stupidly brought to the room on a square, they opened the room and quickly left. The wife stands on crutches and cries. After a moment of thought, this big boss Herceg, taking the money, sent us to a room at the end of building 28, which is also far from the elevator, but a little closer to the main pool and a better room. So for 12 days my wife jumped on crutches all over the hotel, in the last five days she brought her breakfast and sometimes dinner in the room, her hands already hurt to move on crutches.
In general, compared with the spring, the hotel has become better. Food has become better, animation has improved, buildings are being renovated, a great beach. But all these pluses on the very first day were spoiled by the employee Herceg at the reception, who does not care about your position and everyone around him, he is only interested in your dollars. To all the other staff of the hotel I want to express my gratitude for the help and support always and everywhere. I would put the hotel five with a minus, but because of people like Herceg, a hand does not rise.
