The hotel was disappointing. We regretted that we stopped our choice on it.
The hotel was overcrowded, so it was not possible to settle even for $ before 14.00. Looks like all the rooms were occupied. But the most unpleasant thing began later, when, after a long wait, we were settled in an old dirty room with an ashtray not far from the front door. They refused to change, demanded a "gift". I had to give $20 to move into a more or less normal room, with unbroken lamps and untorn furniture. You could even see the sea from the window. Then the epic began with a broken lock in the room. The card did not work, the door did not open. We ended up checking in at 4:00 pm. We have never had such a terrible place. And we were not alone. At the reception, people came every now and then demanding to change the room, remove the dirt, fix something.
The second point is the entrance to the sea. At first, two of the three pontoons promised worked. But then another one was closed - a long flooded pontoon that led to the most beautiful coral. It was closed for two days due to strong waves. Then, when the sea became completely calm, they still did not open it. Rather, in the early morning everyone swam there, but at 9 o’clock the unfortunate lifeguard came, whistled his whistle and drove all the people out of the sea and from this pontoon. Many resisted. The reason is that the pontoon is allegedly broken, although, most likely, the rescuer simply did not want to work. It's easier to close. And the entire 1.5 thousandth hotel went swimming from a single pontoon. One got the impression that the entrance to the sea is the entrance to the subway at rush hour. Dozens of people around, and it was necessary to sail decently in order to finally not see someone's legs through the mask. And fight your way through the crowd to reach the shore.

And to top it off - huge queues in the dining room, often 20-30 people each, which last forever. Although the food was delicious and varied, each dish had to be "extracted".
I don’t even want to remember the state of the toilets on the beach.
Summary - the hotel is absolutely unable to cope with the number of guests that he received.
There were many positives, of course, during the rest. This is the beauty of the underwater world, the blue thickness of the sea, and the wonderful area of Hai El Noor, 2 km from the hotel with its mosques and Christian churches, and the shops of El Mercat, and the "Mango Market" with cheap souvenirs and juicy mango, the most beautiful The old city, which could be reached by taxi for $ 3 and even walk 4 km on foot, and the Naama district, burning at night with thousands of lights. But for the beauty of the picture and a pleasant stay, next time we will choose another hotel.
