Unfortunately, towels are also not issued upon arrival (since they are only in the room), that is, we did not consider the option to go to the sea.
The hotel staff feel sorry for the drinks, as bracelets can only be received at 10.30. Until then, no one will even give water or coffee.

Our first lunch on the day of check-in was just a shock, as people stand at the Doors 15 minutes before opening.
The restaurant is always and at all distributions of the queue or there is no staff who could serve. The quality of the food seems to be good, but because of the queues, the impression is greatly spoiled. There was no seafood. At breakfast, you can stand in line for an omelet for 25 minutes, jams and butter are hidden behind the counter, there are no olives (Fruits also need to be interrogated, vegetables are stale and cut carelessly.

Food is served in very small portions, often you have to ask for supplements, such as a spoonful of yogurt or another piece of sausage. The staff updates the assortment slowly and goes to the kitchen when necessary, can calmly turn around in front of the vacationer and ignore any requests and comments.
There is no ice cream, pizza at the pool is a shame for the hotel, they serve it from 16-17. Again the queue, then pick up plates, napkins, etc. They give out only two tiny pieces per person, it is pointless to ask for the whole family or company.
Beach and sea
The sea is excellent, if not for the guy (lifeguard) who whistles all the time so that they don’t swim to the coral reef and swim far. But it is outrageous that "far away" is considered the next pontoon of the same hotel. And there is not enough space for all vacationers to swim near the stairs and we often touch each other, it would not hurt to install another staircase, of course. During our stay, 2 pontoons were opened, at "rush hour" there were even queues for the entrance stairs. I want to note that this ladder is rather uncomfortable and for some people it may even be problematic to use it. Be sure to take coral boats with you, as the pontoons are slippery.

There seem to be enough sunbeds on the beach, but people take a few in the morning, and they themselves come after breakfast or later, so you have to fight for good places. There is no music and animation on the beach.
Sun loungers by the pool are popular in the afternoon, when the sea is already in the shade from the rock, and the pool is still sunny. But finding a free sunbed will be problematic if you prudently left your thing to take it in the morning, be prepared to say goodbye to it. Firstly, by the time you arrived, the sun lounger was already occupied (no one is stopped by other people's things). And secondly, things can be stolen (or tried), unfortunately I personally felt this from my own experience. I was lucky I returned my thing, but it was a matter of chance, someone may not be lucky. They also steal towels from the balconies on the first floors.
Maintenance and service
The cleaning of the rooms is very mediocre, the towels have never been changed in a week, they just folded neatly and that's it. Beach towels are changed after calling the reception, and then you should not expect that someone will immediately come running. We called twice and no one came, the next day we ran after the cleaner and asked to change.
Porters are a separate issue for me in general, since on the day of arrival we have 2 rooms in the first one, he brought a bag and began to demand a dollar, not just hint politely, but to demand and extort. But the most epic was when I gave 2 chocolates to him (of course he took them) just out of the kindness of his heart, but he still continued to demand his dollar and did not help me (the girl) lift my suitcase to the 2nd floor! turned around and left. It was complete trash.

At night, when we were leaving, we hardly interrogated someone to take the bags from the house, they called the reception several times. When they handed over the key, they immediately cut off the bracelets and no one gives drinks at the bar, they didn’t even let them into the toilet right away. There are games in the pool, I didn’t participate in them so I spent more time at sea. The pool is kicked out at 5 o'clock, and that's it, there's nothing else to do in the hotel.
Note to future vacationers in this hotel, check the number of towels in the room, including beach ones, if you don’t have enough at check-out, they will make you pay, we had such a situation.
