I visited Hauza beach in mid-January 2010, I expected better. Transaero flew, the flight was excellent, on a 747 Boeing, everything was on schedule, without delay, arrived at 14. Transfer - 10-15 minutes from the airport. Settled within 30-40 minutes. The room was originally taken by the beach front, and settled there. The room is no frills, but with a refrigerator, although small, but a drink - a bite to eat without any problems. The view from the room is accordingly amazing - on the part of the hotel, where the villas and slides, the beach and the sea. Near the terrace grew 2 huge round cactus - beautiful. There were a lot of people in the hotels, 75% Russians, Czechs, and some other Europeans. There were practically no Arabs. The temperature during the day is + 25-27, the water in the sea is 24, in the pools 22. There are no heated pools. There are no sunbeds on the beach after 10.30, everything is occupied, around the pools - free. The area of the hotel is a major plus. Beautiful, tasteful, live flamingos, 2 turtles, the zoo did not work. 3 slides, one straight, two spiral. A good hookah, though for the money, 3-4 dollars. They fed badly. Meat, chicken, not every day, in general, poor, although there were good seafood, squid, fish, shrimp. From the side dish - rice, pasta, sometimes potatoes. A lot of any vegetable fried-steamed garbage. The beach is not bad by the standards of Sharm, a lagoon of 120 square meters has been carved in corals, the bottom is sandy, but no more than 1.5 meters deep, around the corals. There is a bar on the beach, they prepare pizza normal for Egypt, the chef looks like Eddie Murphy, it's cool. Not a long pier, at the end of the pier, at a depth, the best attraction of the hotel is a Napoleon fish named Grisha, the size of a good pig. Fed, even managed to pat on the side. On the beach, they also fed fish from their hands, 10-12 varieties sailed, beautiful, ranging in size from small to 25 cm. Some are very toothy, they hurt a friend’s finger, but not much. The fish are omnivorous, they eat rolls, pancakes, cakes and everything edible that you throw into the water. But except because of the fish, you will not want to go to this hotel. Animation was, but not great. The hotel is on the outskirts, thanks that at least a shopping center is being built opposite, there are only 3-4 shops working there so far, in one of them you can buy water. But it's better to go for 2-4 dollars to the right of the hotel, to the Laguna hotel area, there is a fairly large shopping center, McDonald's, Burger King, a Chinese restaurant, and many other entertainments. We also went to the old city, but already for 10-12 dollars, many shops, restaurants, something you can even buy, but mostly a standard Egyptian set of goods. Restaurants in the old town are cheap, the food is tasty and plentiful. The drive from the hotel to the old town is 35-40 minutes, far away. Closer to Naama Bay, there are casinos, restaurants, discos, but the prices for Egypt are outrageous. A taxi to Naama, although it is closer to the hotel, costs 12-14 dollars, and the taxi drivers are snickering, they practically do not bargain, the price cannot be brought down. In general, without the company there is very boring. I won't go there for the second time.
