I will write everything in order: we arrived at 9:30 at the hotel. At the reception they said to wait for 10, so that they would put on a bracelet and you could go to eat. At 10, they dressed, hints about the number were ignored. In parallel, the family clearly "agreed" and in the same way they were waiting for the settlement - in this hotel - after 14:00. Those who agreed (2 adults, 2 children) - they also waited 14 hours, only gave 2 times "thank you", and settled 10 minutes earlier : D
After 10, breakfast just ends, in other bars snacks after 12. We changed, left our things right in the lobby (like everyone else, but no one is responsible) and went to the sea.
And about the safe at the reception: it is available only if there is a room, but there has never been a place in it for a week: now, come tomorrow after 12. We arrive: now, no, come after 16. We are coming: not now, come tomorrow after 12 o'clock . . In short, we got along, but we spoiled our nerves.

On the beach near the sea, we could hardly find free sunbeds . . At 14:00, a queue of people like us lined up at the reception. and by 15 o'clock we were still settled. the room was normal but with a broken armchair, and the beds did not move (as for newlyweds, not very good : )). The hotel has a large area and a large beach. That's where the pluses end. Due to the fact that there are a lot of people, queues are everywhere: for food, drinks, dishes, on the pier. The safe at the reception was never available. in the room -only from 10 and must be taken before the end of the check-in (and the departure for the tour was at 7:30). From food: potatoes, pasta, cereals - vegetables, not spicy, were exhibited 2 times. Sweet - different forms of rolls. You can drink tea and coffee in the main restaurant only in the morning. At lunch and in the evening - there was only booze and water / yupi, soda (we are not fond of this) - and everything is cold (now we are treating pneumonia). In addition to this, there were not enough dishes and cups / cutlery - instead of cups, disposable glasses, and plates / spoons had to stand and wait or just not eat. Of course, they did not remain hungry - they ate potatoes and rolls. And then they went to the bar and brewed tea for themselves in disposable glasses - gorgeous, isn't it prado? Compared to Turkey and their eggplant / zucchini / cabbage, there are no words.
They killed the queue - the queue to go to the restaurant, the queue for drinks, the queue for each table with food, and for the missing appliances, and the missing tables, in the morning the queue for scrambled eggs and separately for pancakes. That is, every day 1.5 -2 hours in queues - a pleasant rest... (
When I had to apply for insurance (teared off the skin on my finger on the territory), we came to the reception to call at 8 in the morning. -they said you can call only after 9 o'clock. I stand bleeding, but I have to wait an hour.
Separately, about the sea - the sea is cool, warm, clean. But you can swim only 10-15 meters and only in one direction from the pier. -that is, everyone who wants to dive at a depth swims within a radius of 5 meters, otherwise the lifeguard yells at you, threatens with reception, a fine and eviction. This despite the fact that there are no warnings when entering. they're just actually yelling at you.
1 time we decided to change towels - they threw them on the floor. The dirty ones were taken away, the clean ones were not left. Before dinner, we went to the reception and said that there were no towels, they answered that they would call the cleaner and he would bring towels. An hour later they came again, at the reception they said that they would give out clean ones on the spot. Issued. Those. A whole day without linens is normal. We did not change any more (not so dirty that we would have to run for towels for another day).
Departure: just in case, they came at half past 12, tk. heard how a woman was forced to pay extra for a room when she was late for 12 to build it.

They rented the room - they paid for the broken tabletop (I broke it when I tried to move the table from the broken chair to the bed - it turned out that the tabletop was not fixed, and I did not move the table, but only the "marble" tabletop - it's good that it didn't fall on my feet : O), we cut the bracelets and wished a happy journey. When I asked how we were going to eat, they said that it was no longer allowed (3.5 hours remained before departure).
