I went to this hotel because many acquaintances said that this hotel is youthful and cheerful, in fact it is dull and boring.
To begin with, this is not my first time in Egypt, and not even the third, I know what to expect from a hotel and service, but this hotel has broken all records.
On January 15, I arrived at the hotel at about 15:00 at the reception, they immediately told me that they could check in in 30 minutes, after walking around the hotel for 15-20 minutes, I again went to the reception, but heard that I had to wait at least another 30 minutes, in the end I was settled with a fight at 16:00, despite the fact that check-in in all adequate hotels from 14:00.

The main highlight of this hotel is the service, which is not there, from the word at all, I have been in many hotels, there is something to compare with, but I have not seen such a miracle that from 13:00 to 14:00, and also after 22:00 how In some inexplicable way, beer disappeared at the bar, and then again abruptly appeared. Do not be surprised if the bartender refuses to pour you a drink, explaining that you have already drunk a lot, you have enough for today (although if you, like me, start arguing with him, he will pour you).
After receiving a chocolate bar / dollar, he will give you 4 drinks, but if you come up to him again, he will give you 1 and say: “you took a lot, when you finish drinking you will come again, ” although the bartender saw with his own eyes that our company was not small. I was also amazed by the cleaners, one fine day of rest I went into the room and found the cleaner at work, decided to give him a chocolate bar, to which he answered me that he did not eat chocolate because he had bad teeth, I gave him a dollar, he took it twisted and asked me to change it, since it is 2000 and they do not accept such.
Let's move on to animation, for the first two days I thought that there was no animation at all in this hotel, I saw only a DJ and then he became not interested in him after I refused him a trip to a paid disco twice, after a couple of days animation appeared, but I can’t say that she is strong, because apart from going with us to a paid disco and morning competitions, I didn’t hear anything from them.
Of the pluses I can highlight compared to other hotels, this is the fact that in the Hilton Wi-Fi catches not only on the lobby, but also on the pool and the beach, which is really cool for Egypt.
