Pros.
Beautiful hotel with shops, restaurants and fast food on site.
Nice room with a good view. Furniture and fixtures are in excellent condition.
Mirror corner with kettle and crockery in the room.
The presence of a hall in an open-air restaurant without air conditioning.
Minuses.
The towel, which I dropped on the floor for replacement, was neatly hung up again by the cleaner on a hanger, despite the fact that tips were left regularly, including that day. At the reception, this was not surprised, the Russian employee only slightly scolded the cleaner. And this is in a 5* hotel!
The food is tasteless. Almost all, except, perhaps, buns. There are no watermelons. And this is in a 5* hotel!
One of the elevators didn't work.
For drinking water, I had to go with a bottle to the G-floor to the cooler or buy it for money at the bar. And this is in a 5* hotel!
Wi-Fi only works in the lobby (it's unbearably cold on floor G, stuffy on floor 1), and for half the time it worked extremely slowly and intermittently. Login / password is issued for 7 days and in the evening there were no free logins / passwords. And this is in a 5* hotel!
