Arrived late. Welcoming and friendly receptionist Amar HaSan made a check-in!! ! Dinner was waiting in the room (see photo). Many thanks to the organizers of the meeting! The rooms were cleaned well though, with products on the beds rather weak. There was nothing but swans and hearts. In the bathroom, detergents in dispensers -3 in 1! ! Towels are white and clean. We were pleased with the cleaning and room service, reception staff.
Huge thanks to the waiters of the restaurant. Friendly, professional service, giving a good atmosphere and mood. Special thanks to the waiters: My Mohamed Atif, Mohamed Aly, A. Ecbhahynaf BC, A. Elghany Nafee. And to the bar staff: Ahmed Mohamed, Mohamed El Sayed, Magdy Mohamed. The bars have a coffee machine.
The food is good. Beef, which is very expensive for Egypt, was every day. Every day there were: fish, beef, chicken in a variety of preparations. Not every day: turkey, squid. . . From fruits: bananas, grapes, oranges, melon, apples, physalis. There were no dates - maybe not the season.

Baking magic called "Goodbye waist"! ! Varied and tasty.
It was very embarrassing to look at fellow countrymen who left a lot of food in their plates! After all, they don't do that at home! We are in the Ramadan period. And where is the conscience of our “Russians”? ? The waiters ate before sunrise and after sunset, on a sunny day they didn’t even drink water!! ! And what is it like for a fasting person to throw away full plates of food ?? ? And that's what people write bad reviews - they are treated badly. What have you done to be respected?
Animators entertain both adults and children! And on the beach and in the pool and... Well done guys, they work great !! ! Thanks to: BONDOSHKA, TIM, NATASHA, Tanya, Maria. The children's room really works.
Charming and polite driver Said delivers on the beaches. Sandy is good for flying and paid (10 pounds per day per person) reef.
If you come to rest in this hotel, then you will have enough food and fruits and care, the attention of the staff. And if you are going to look for flaws, then please go to another hotel - because I really liked this one - no need to spoil the staff!
