After lunch, a group of Belarusian tourists constantly approached the reception desk and asked when they would be accommodated. We were told: "Wait. " We had to wait until 16.00. Although a lot of Arab tourists drove up with us and they were settled within 30 minutes. Speaking of Arabs, they are 80% in the hotel. Very specific people. Here are some examples:
- in the women's toilet there are constantly puddles on the floor, because Arab women twist their clothes after the pool
- Arab children are very spoiled, behave disgustingly, push, yell, throw tantrums, do not react to comments
- do not be surprised if you see an Arab child on a beach chair, lovingly covered with your towel, who is actively interested in your bag
- on the beach, an Arab can move your umbrella towards him, making himself a shadow

Room: The furniture is normal. Everything worked for us (unlike the neighbors). Bed linen and towels with stains of unknown origin. For 12 days the bed linen was not changed even once.

When the figures were unfolded, they turned out to be from dirty towels. I was shocked. In all the hotels where we managed to visit earlier, if a dirty towel is thrown on the floor, it was changed. In this hotel, we carefully folded it and put it in the bathroom. We lived in building 5. The building has never been cleaned. Dirt reigned everywhere: cigarette butts, bags, cups, even in a vase of flowers. Horror.
Nutrition. The restaurant is like a canteen. The food is monotonous. The only plus is that on Fridays there were days of Egyptian culture, these days the food was better. But I will give you one example: on Friday they gave shrimp, crab and tuna. A huge queue lined up. On a plate (attention! ) They gave 2 shrimp, a crab foot and a small piece of tuna. If you want more, get in line again. Savings on everything. Very dirty floor in the restaurant, shoes really stuck to the floor. They didn't stay hungry. But the restaurant does not pull. Plus, on the fifth day of rest, our whole family caught an intestinal infection and did not part with it until the end of the holiday.
Animation: It is. But since we were on the beach from morning to afternoon, we did not see her. Shows in the evenings: miss hotel, karaoke, live music. But, it is true, there were never any places, everything was occupied by the Arabs.
Territory of the hotel: beautiful only near the main entrance and at the reception. They really do clean up. The rest is dirty and unsanitary.

Hotel staff: I really liked the work of waiters and bartenders. They are great, they are working hard. The drivers who take you to the beach are very punctual. Internet. It is only available at the reception and is of very poor quality. Didn't work for a couple of days. Therefore, I advise you to buy a SIM card. According to local reviews, a water phone is better.
Tours. We took from the hotel guide, called the "lost land". I really liked the organization and the tour itself. We took the second sea excursion from the beach guide - Adriano Celentana. We agreed that he would appear on the beach tomorrow at 11 o'clock and take us to the ship. The next day, neither at 11 nor at 11.30 we did not wait for him. They themselves began to walk along the beach and ask the workers for his phone number. Everyone shrugged. When we were about to leave, a boy came up to us, asked if we were going on a boat trip, and led us to the boat. In addition to us, 6 people, there were eight more people and eight empty seats. The captain said that until all the places were filled, he would not sail anywhere. In short, the tour, which was supposed to last an hour and a half, lasted an hour. So think: is it worth saving.
All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel does not pull on 5. With all the people with whom we communicated at the hotel, no one liked it.
