And I tried my best to choose a hotel where nothing would overshadow my vacation. Therefore, for a whole week I compared guest reviews from different hotels, studied locations nearby and sights that could be seen. Of the twenty hotels that I was offered at the travel agency, I first of all discarded all those offered by Join up, because all the vouchers that were offered by this tour operator were spoiled by representatives of Join Up itself at the stage of transfer to the hotel, and left only those , which were offered by ANEX and TUI, in my opinion these are one of the strongest operators.
There were about 14 hotels left to choose from, and I began to study them all, probably during this period I was more terrible than the most terrible auditor. The main parameters were: the cleanliness of the territory, the quality of food, the cleanliness and service in the rooms, the swimming pool (preferably at least one heated), animation for children and the presence of a children's playroom, and most importantly, silence is desirable. The most piquant thing was to see how one woman with a child had breakfast and went away for a second to get coffee and sweets, and at that time the sparrows flew onto the table, started hosting there, and one of the sparrows just pooped into the plate from which this woman ate. The woman came and continued eating. This picture stuck with me for a long time.
While I was doing this sad tour of the hotel, it was time for us to settle in. We were given a room very far from the main building, I was not indignant, on the contrary, I thought that it would be quieter there and the parties in the main building would not disturb us. But my expectations were shattered. Near our room was a shopping area, equipped with at least five speakers. It would be more convenient to sleep in a disco.
All day long, music was blaring from the speakers, so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Such torture was used by the Nazis in concentration camps and zones of the Soviet Union. To break the psyche of people. Our child could not sleep at all in such conditions. We contacted the reception. Ok, they told us. But no one decided anything. The cook did his job, stuffed his snake into his pants with his hands and went to the kitchen without washing his hands. I followed him. And what I saw. O stood at the serving table and began distributing food to people. Nightmare!

As you understand, with my complaints about the loud sound near the window of the room, I acquired a certain hatred among the hotel staff. In the end, they took revenge on me. But more about that later.

Little things like drinks and alcohol from disposable tableware are not an indicator for me. I don’t drink much alcohol and I’m served it in what. The main thing is that there is always water.
Separately, about the pool. Didn't see it being cleaned. In the evening, the staff brought their friends and they rinsed themselves in the pool.
There are never any towels, and those that are are dirty.
