First impressions of the hotel are ok. Like a royal hall, a spacious bright room, all the infrastructure is at hand, but... in order! The three of us rested with a small child (the child is almost 2 years old)

We arrived at the hotel at about 8:30 in the morning, they took our passports at the reception, they said to wait until 14:00 and they would not be able to check in before. NO ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. At about 11 o'clock, the impatient uncle who was sitting next to us went to the reception desk with a piece of paper ($) and the number was suddenly found! Further (and we settled down to wait right next to the reception) from the reception, the employee called me and said that only for the sake of my family (and just at that time the child fell asleep in his arms) he found a room and would check us in (it was at 11:00). It was presented in such a way that he really tried very hard and looked for a number in the bins, quite unambiguously hinting that he should be thanked! Guys, you either follow your own rules or at the start go to meet the client and earn a positive reputation! And so it turns out they just exhaust the client in the hope that they will incur $$$.

We got room 5206. At the entrance we really liked the room - clean, bright, spacious, but the joy lasted for several minutes!
1. There is no balcony in the room! AT ALL! There is an ashtray on the table and our "guide" said "this is not a problem, you can smoke in the room"! He was not at all embarrassed that we had a 2-year-old child with us! ) But in general, of course, these are our problems, it’s good that the room wasn’t smoky before us!
2. The air conditioner did not work for heating! They immediately invited specialists, they poked around, poked around, they said call the reception. I called and they said the heating was not working in the whole hotel. Well, I think something has broken, we will endure the night (and it is really cold at night). I come to the reception the next day with this question - in response, heating from air conditioners does not work throughout Egypt! This is a complete paragraph! But that would be fine. . .
3. There is ONE blanket for the whole room. I call the reception, ask for a blanket… Yes, yes, then 5 minutes, then 20 minutes, now they are looking for…. at about 12 at night, the last call to the reception about a blanket - in response, “sir, this is a problem, they are looking for, there is no blanket yet....So we fell asleep THREE of us on a common bed under one blanket (why the child did not sleep in his own crib - more on that later)! The next day, I continued to look for a blanket, found a Russian girl at the reception, she said - there are many guests in the hotel and EVERYONE IS COLD, there are not enough blankets for everyone !! ! And air conditioners for heating (as we remember) do not work! This is the full paragraph 2!!!

4. Crib. They brought her, but she is very small! I have a key chain with a small tape measure, and so the crib is 82 centimeters! Our child at 1 year and 11 months is 83 centimeters!! ! Those. even she simply won’t fit in there without crouching, to say nothing of older children! And again, calls to the reception desk... Yes, yes, yes, we are looking, that's it, 5 minutes....in general, did not wait! The next day, the same Russian girl from the reception said that there are NO other beds in the hotel at all, and if it doesn’t suit you, they will bring a large standard bed! And catch the child from this bed as you wish (she did not say this, this is already the result from me)
5. There are no soap accessories (only soap in dispensers), towels are dirty, sometimes see through, there is NO brush in the toilet, no kettle... okay, let's finish about the room, but that's not all.
Nutrition
Many reviews say "you won't leave hungry". So in this hotel this option is not even excluded! Or just, well, at least something to shove into yourself. Without much ranting, it’s just that sometimes the only chicken (from meat) was so burnt and dried that it crunched on the teeth! I won’t go further, there is a full video of breakfast, lunch, dinner - see for yourself, maybe it’s normal for you.
Territory
It is absent as such, since it is a charm, go out and walk wherever you want.
In general, the final impressions, well, the most negative remained from this hotel! Again, guys who write “we came to the sea, and not to look for flaws”, just don’t be cunning and reassure yourself - you are at sea for 3-4 hours, maximum 5, and then you want to relax comfortably in your room (and sleep it’s at least 6 hours), wash, change clothes... in total, all 8 hours in the room, then you want to eat normally (and have breakfast and lunch and dinner), and not look for at least something... So poor sleep and nutrition can easily spoil any "sea".
By the way, getting to the sea is a separate quest - take a ticket, shove it into the bus, leave the beach (hanging on one leg)...
