My husband and I went to this hotel for the May holidays. Settled immediately in a good room without any requirements. The room is good, but without a balcony, so we went to negotiate. And agreed. By the way, what surprised me is that the price list for improving housing conditions hangs immediately at the reception, that is, everything is official.
The administrators are attentive and courteous, they speak Russian and English well, they quickly and efficiently help to resolve all issues.
The rooms are the most common - Egyptian. Solid, but battered furniture, spacious rooms, humming air conditioning, but everything works and will serve for a very long time. The rooms were cleaned every day even without additional incentives.
On the territory I counted two pools. One of them is on the roof. But I didn’t notice for playgrounds or slides. The hotel is more designed for tourists without children.
The food is delicious, and is no different from what is offered in all local hotels of this class.
