I read the reviews and thought - "like normal". In the end - the worst experience. Upon check-in, we paid extra for a room in the gravel building, since we had a standard (later, when I saw how people trudge from the standard distant rooms in the heat to dine, I shuddered, because it could be me).
There is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel, even if they put a ping-pong table. People sit at the reception with sad faces - after all, the Internet is mercilessly slow, or even non-existent. You think, well, okay, I’ll go to the bar in the same place, in the lobby, I’ll drink at least a cocktail, in the end you are met by a boorish bartender whose first words are “come on faster! ”. By the way, yes, I didn’t believe the reviews, but they really pour alcohol into plastic cups =) I’m a polite person, always with a smile, but once again I’m convinced that where you don’t kiss a person, there’s an ass everywhere. This bartender more than once ruffled the nerves of me and my family (he even bantered my appearance, my jaw just dropped from such impudence), in the end I stopped going there altogether. The bartender on the rooftop is good, in contrast to this misunderstanding.
It was very fun to run for water to the bar with bottles, because they don’t give water here, I remember all the same disappointed faces of the guests, as they go down to work with bottles “to drink”. And imagine what it's like to run for water from the standards...

In the dining room (I won’t call it a restaurant) there is always a queue, you can’t get through, a bunch of Arabs, no, even so, a LOT of Arabs (not only in the canteen, of course, but throughout the hotel), so op and fuss are guaranteed, and of course everything for they, for example, do not count on a good piece of shawarma, its central part will go to the Arab, and you will get her ass - a piece of dough with almost no filling =) Therefore, you have to insist that they put a normal piece, or not one mini cutlet but two. Although, it is not worth it, the food is not tasty and absolutely no variety. I just want to thank the two waiters, they are really torn there.
The beach shuttle is just something. Drivers will absolutely not care about you, literally. We drove to the beach, people had their windows open and the driver spat in his window, saliva scattered on the passengers, everyone abruptly closed the windows... ) Rude, ignore questions regarding the schedule, DO NOT stick to their own schedule, a couple of times they left Terazina ahead of time, leaving tourists on the beach (hi taxi). It’s very cool to wait under the scorching sun for a driver who is sleeping, then the buses simply don’t start, and the guests push these buses to go to the beach... (I’m attaching a photo).
Take care of the children, there is animation on the roof of the hotel and there is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, they really EAT people. I spent a couple of hours there in the evening, I was in a dress - my legs were crushed, I wore pants all my vacation, I had an allergy from bites (see photo). On the beach we talked to a woman, she has a small child and he was also bitten, thank God not so much, she was scared and did not know what to do.
Next are the beaches. They take you to Palma and Terazina. And there and there was a witness to injuries. On a palm tree, a woman simply soaked her feet in the water and was bitten by a fish, the woman was in corrals, and the fish gnawed her legs higher, there were bites to the bone. I personally saw her in the blood, there are no first-aid kits, no shit, no one cares, but my mother still found help on the beach for this woman. Also this pontoon... two entrances to the water and both of these entrances are plastered with Arab women and their children, they all cannot swim, they have inflatable circles on them and they hold on to the handrails preventing people from entering or leaving the water, this violates safety precautions, but no one tells them to leave... Once I bumped into them and thought - what the hell, it's safer on the shore.

Terazina - swam swam, then op, the girl ran into some kind of pin in the water, while she was being carried, I saw a huge piece of iron sticking out of her heel... I didn’t swim there anymore)
I don’t even know if it’s worth talking about such trifles as missing toilet paper (or a dollar tip for cleaning is not enough to put a roll on you... hmm)), breathing air conditioning, non-working shower, clogged sink and so on, well, at least they fixed it on request and thanks for that. Yes, and these are really little things that usually do not spoil the rest, at least for ME. Another thing is a boorish attitude, lack of service with all the consequences - this is really disappointing and leaves a residue. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
