Good morning. From 02.02. 2018 to 09.02. 2018 I stayed in this hotel. I really liked the country. I really liked the hotel and the service (almost) corresponds to **** hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room is not bad, overlooking the pool (though for a surcharge of $ 10). food is not bad either. Of course, you will not wait for gourmet dishes, but you will not starve either. . Products are always fresh. I rested for the first time in Egypt, the impression of the rest is wonderful. Summer in winter is wonderful. But, one fact was very upsetting: it was the last day of my vacation (08.02. 2018), in the morning of the next day I flew to my homeland, to Vinnitsa (Ukraine) And in the evening money was stolen from me in my room = 95 dollars. Very "smart".... During the time while we were having dinner, that is, at this time cleaning is no longer done, the locks are not broken and nothing but dollars was taken. Very disappointing. I had a very good impression about the country and the hotel, but this fact spoiled my impression very much. I tried at least somehow to find out something at the reception. Useless. Until I went to the reception desk myself, they did not even respond to a call from a phone number. Later they tried to accuse either me or my girlfriend. And in fact....this is a whole scheme - the administration knows about theft. At 4 o'clock in the morning I had to leave the hotel, and naturally, I did not have time to look for the guilty ones. I tried to prove that they would watch the videos - ZERO !!! ! I didn't even get an apology. I hope that this letter will help those who go on vacation to this hotel. Be vigilant every minute! The mentality is absolutely not European. Everyone smiles very sweetly, but the only goal is to extract money from you, either by deceit, or by elementary theft. . Do not remove from the safe and (God forbid) do not leave money and jewelry, especially a passport. And in general - I'll go to Egypt. Not really in this hotel. BY THE WAY ! At the airport I talked with people who had a rest in more decent hotels (5 *), then there they fight very easily with theft. It's elementary - to scroll through the video camera, and strangers do not go to the hotel. In Aurora - I was denied this. So - whether to go here, etc. - you decide. In general, the country is colorful, interesting. Vacation in Egypt is worth it. And, I'll tell you - no more expensive than our Koblevo (ha ha)
