Rested with my husband in Sol Seren (Sol Cyrene) 10 days in early March 2012. I really liked the hotel. Cosy, very clean, quiet. It was a bit like a sanatorium. The rooms are all the same, the only difference is the view from the room. We were lucky when we bought a tour, paid for a room without a certain view, and ended up in a room with the best view - the sea and the pool. Beauty. Although the hotel is on the second line, it is very close to the sea. Walk 5 minutes. We did not use the bus. The service at the hotel is excellent. For five. The staff is very smiling, attentive and unobtrusive. The receptionists are always willing to help and always with a smile. Even in the shops in the main building, the salespeople weren't too intrusive. Room cleaning is also excellent. Swans, hearts, flowers on the beds were made daily by a boy named Imad.
The food is normal. No one has been poisoned, not even me. The food tastes as good as it can be in Egypt. Meat, chicken, fish - every day. Potatoes, pasta in different forms and vegetables are also daily. Constantly made spaghetti, because a lot of Italians rest in this hotel. From fruits - whole and peeled tangerines, tasty dates, chopped melon. The waiters in the restaurant are nice guys.
Animators - well done: friendly, positive. Discos are fun, without pathos, namely fun. A lot of Italian music at the beginning, then some old hits, and then RnB turned on. The Italian animator at the disco danced with the tourists.

Alcohol for Egypt is decent (locally produced, of course), probably because it is not diluted and not warm. But of course in the bar of the main building and in the restaurant the quality of drinks seems to be higher. And the bartenders know their stuff well. The bartenders have a strict manager Mohamed Mustafa. By the way, he knows how to make great cocktails and is generally a pleasant person. And to make cocktails like Muhamed, only the bartender Ahmed can, this is a boy of about fifteen. But you have to ask for it. I didn’t try alcohol on the beach, they say it’s worse. And the bartenders are less friendly.
During the disco, which is held on the territory of Sol Sharm and during animation, tourists from Sol Seren can also use the services of the Sol Sharm bar on an all-inclusive basis. It's completely official. I heard that this has never happened before.
The beach is not big, but there are enough sunbeds. From the shore you can go into the water along the sandy bottom, and swim there. If you want to go deeper, then you need to go from the pontoon. There are few fish near Panton, the reef is dead. Beautiful reef behind the buoys, but this is for lovers. This is not my first time in Egypt, so I had no desire to look at the fish. If you go to the right along the line of the beach, then after 15 minutes you will reach the beach of the Coral Sea Hotel. The hotel is also foreign. You can go to the pantone of their beach, where the view under water is much more colorful. They let you in freely, but don’t come close to the sunbeds, because the security of the Coral Hotel will immediately come running and kick you out. Behind the Coral Sea beach is the beach of the Baron Hotel. There, the view near the pantone is even more beautiful.
If you go to the left of our beach, then there will be nothing but a desert, a construction site and a beautiful coastline. But it's worth the walk.
In general, I really liked the hotel, even more than the fives in which I had a rest before. I think that this is the merit of the general manager of the hotel. He is a very pleasant person.
And separately I want to note that our guide - Natasha from Pegasus - is a horror. A boorish, and extremely unpleasant person. All tourists - and one hundred percent, were going to complain about her upon arrival, but I think they forgot safely. Natalya is not worth remembering about her. It is not clear just who entrusted such an unpleasant person to work in the tourism industry. We tried to avoid it so as not to get negative emotions.

Well, Pegasus took 12 hours of rest from us because of the early departure. That is, it was planned to return at 19-30, and flew away at 5 in the morning, earlier for the whole day.
