1. I chose the hotel because there were a lot of good reviews about the food, chic territory, and free Wi-Fi.
2. The territory is really gorgeously beautiful. Well, after all, before the buyout, it was the Ritz hotel, I admire how everything is done, the design is at the highest level. There is a lot of greenery, flowers on the territory, a large waterfall, beautiful herons and ducks run around)
3. Food is beyond praise: very varied, beautiful and tasty. It’s a pity that 10% didn’t fit into me, although I tried very hard to try everything a little bit... Impossible)) The waiters brought drinks quickly enough. Drink vending machines were provided only for breakfast, and for lunch and dinner you had to ask the waiter. I did not understand why) But okay, the waiters worked well.

4. The room is spacious, bright, new, with a beautiful terrace and sea views. Plumbing is clean. The bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub and a separate shower room. There was a toilet and a bidet. The floor everywhere and the countertops of all surfaces (bathroom, hallway) were marble. Nice and solid. Everything worked, no complaints.
5. Disadvantages:
1) queues often formed near the bars with drinks. The long wait and the abundance of people standing in line was very annoying.
2) if you quibble, you could see that the paint in the non-bathing pools had peeled off a lot, the tables of the bar near the beach were no longer weakly worn. But it didn't really bother us. You can’t keep track of everything, what to do - somewhere a scratch, somewhere a scuff, in my opinion, this is not the most important thing on vacation.
3) the promised fruit basket upon arrival turned out to be a small plate. And thanks for that, of course. But why disappoint guests by promising a basket, but bringing a plate with three fruits.
4) there was no special decoration for the newlyweds in the room (rose petals poured there and something like that), although they were warned about this when booking the room, and by my separate letter, and upon arrival. They do not promise special design, of course. But a more attentive approach is expected from a hotel of this level, I did not expect complete indifference. I think a few petals on the bed would not cost them very much, but the newlywed guests would be doubly pleased. This is certainly not a drawback, but rather a suggestion for improvement.
5) I was upset that the hotel has a beach, fenced off only for some top luxury rooms. And we, mere mortal guests of the hotel, are not allowed to go there, even if there is no one there. I was offended that we, as it were, were not rogue, we took a more expensive room, with a view of the sea, but we can’t go to the beautiful beach of our own hotel...
Advantages:
1) luxury;
2) peace and quiet;
3) excellent service;
4) live music in the evenings (piano and violin)
5) delicious varied food, the level of the restaurant.
In general, everything is very solid. If a scratch on the table and in the decorative pool does not spoil your vacation, then everything else is at the highest level here)
