I read a lot of reviews about the hotel before my trip. And I agree that the negative points are marked correctly. But. . . in order.
We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, settled us within an hour. The room was purchased with a view of the pool. The room is located far enough from the sea and the reception. But it's not a problem. Walking around the area is a pleasure. Upon entering the room, we were disappointed. Smoky, damp, the bathroom stinks, over the bed the leather headboard spilled out in places. All in all, a sad sight. Went back to reception and asked to change room. We were offered a beach front room, the first line from the beach with a gorgeous view. He had to pay extra for it. We were shown two rooms to choose from. And, of course, the rooms in these buildings are much better and newer. There was no doubt. They paid extra and happily moved in. I would like to commend the front desk staff. Responsive and quickly respond to requests, and did not make you wait until 13 for check-in, as is often the case in hotels.
Nutrition. The food is excellent!! ! There are always several types of fish (tuna, telapia, mackerel and some kind of big fish) and meat (chicken, turkey, veal). This is not counting the shawarma and all sorts of meat and vegetable sauces.

Sea. I really liked the beach. It is large, spacious, sunbeds are far from each other. But at 7 am there are no more places under umbrellas. Only open sun. The reef is average. There are not very many fish. We saw a stingray. Vacationers saw a large moray eel.
Cons: 1) bartenders are boors,
2) there are often no glasses on the bars,
3) old bedding. All in spools and gray-yellow. It is not pleasant to sleep in such a bed.
4) the towels in the room are also stained.
5) the glasses on the beach and by the pool are dirty. They are rinsed, not washed.
6) the pontoon is very wobbly.
Conclusion: in general, we were satisfied with the rest. Because they came to enjoy the sea, and not look for cons. But clearly indicated disadvantages can be very frustrating for demanding tourists.
