Хороший отель, персонал не очень. Good hotel, not great staff.

We arrived at the hotel by 12:00 pm with a family of 7 people, 4 adults and 2 children, and other tourists from Kyiv. Everyone was served cold hibiscus in glasses, but not to us, for some reason they decided not to give it to us, we are probably with children. At my requests to give something to drink, the person from the reception looked at me and did not understand what it was about. OK. They gave us two rooms for two families, located at a great distance from each other. When asked to give rooms nearby, they answered that they did not, although the hotel was filled by 30 percent, we found out later. They say come in 3 days and we will settle you nearby, well, as you understand, nothing like this happened. About food, good but monotonous, lots of meat, lots of fruits. Booze, normal, especially drank gin and tonic, brandy cola and beer, everything is delicious. Good bartenders work in the lobby bar, always friendly, in the pool bar there is one asshole, they pour beer half a glass, and they swear at us in Arabic, a bartender named Beshoy worked in the Pyramid bar, a good dude. The pool with slides is so-so, the slides are not very good, a lot of Arab children, and they are worse than Russians. The main pool is a bit run down, the water is boiling, the tiles are falling off in some places, and on the last day of the vacation, one of the Arab children also shit in the pool. Animation girls are always friendly. On the day of departure, there was an early breakfast in a Chinese restaurant at 4.20, and at 3.50 there was practically nothing on the tables. Half-starved, we get on the plane, they don’t feed on board, and then the next couple get packed with food from the restaurant and begin to eat, ate and the bags back into the bags. Shame on you, you are Ukrainians, but you behave like Russian cattle.
