First of all, I want to share my good impressions about the hotel. I was very pleased with the service and maintenance from the reception to the bartenders at the beach bars. In the restaurant, everything is quickly served and cleaned, ready to help bring / give a chair / show-tell, if something is missing, everyone brings it in a run. Separately, I would like to say about the bartender Honey (lobby bar) and Beisho (bar by the children's pool) are trying not for money, but for conscience. Make friends with them and you will be very happy.
Cleaning in the room is normal for me, they walked on the floor barefoot - there was no garbage on their feet (although I didn’t look under the bed), bedding and towels were changed constantly, the bath was dry, everything was neatly arranged, gels / shampoos and a bar were all present. The rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is good.
The hotel area is large, green, clean, there were enough sunbeds both by the pool and by the beach, the pool is large (although the water in it is very hot).

Food - as I understand it, the peculiarity of the country, and not specifically the hotel, but I want to say the choice is very large and there is actually something to eat (there was always a grill, several types of meat, fish, shrimp (3 times) vegetables, side dishes, fruits, sweets ). Alcohol is not nasty, everything is certainly light, but it does not cause a headache. And this problem is also solved by buying tolerable whiskey at a local duty free for $ 25 for two liter bottles.
Animation "just right" - exercises, aqua aerobics, yoga, evening shows, but no one pulls by the hand. Pleasant Ukrainian girls and incendiary local guys.
Good spa treatments and massages. There is a good hookah for $7.
Beautiful sea and fish.
But it is worth noting the disadvantages - the hotel is "tired" and needs a good repair, replace bed linen, beach towels and tiles in the pools, the cleanliness of cocktail glasses.
The negative was a boat trip with diving, bought at the hotel in the Diving Club. Do not take. They promise a lot, give little and then freeze.
Excursions were taken according to reviews from the tour company "Crimea" (next to the hotel) and were insanely satisfied, price-quality-service at the highest level.
Rest were satisfied. This is our first trip to Egypt, but there is something to compare with (UAE, Sri Lanka). I would like to return to this hotel, which we can and will do.
And yet, dear tourists, be simpler and friendlier, after all, you pay money for rest, and not for slaves. It is terrible to observe the boorish behavior of holidaymakers of Slavic nationality.
