Recently returned from our fifth trip from the wonderful NOVOTEL PALM hotel in Sharm. The tour was taken for 9 nights from August 29 - September 07.2021. We went as a family of 5 adults and two children (5 and 12 years old). Our family has chosen this hotel for the fifth time for a reason.
Check-in: We arrived in Sharm early in the morning, at the airport we were met by a personal transfer with a driver. Official check-in at the hotel from 12:00, but we were settled immediately, thanks to the excellent guest relations manager Lada) Also, Lada spoke with the hotel manager, introducing us as regular guests of the hotel. And we were settled in family rooms (No. 4108 and No. 4104), instead of standards.
Beach: Having thrown our suitcases into the rooms, we rushed to the beach. For this alone it is worth going to NOVOTEL. This is the best beach in Sharm. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds and all are in good condition. The sea is beautiful, the sunset is convenient for children. There are always a lot of fish, and this year we even saw new big ones. The children were delighted.

Dining: Don't expect thousands of dishes to choose from at Novotel. The menu has always had 2 types of meat (chicken and beef), fish, vegetables, several types of side dishes, soups, fruits, buns, and sweets. Although it may seem to some that there are not enough dishes, but believe me, Novotel cooks very tasty. The children did not remain hungry and ate soups, pizza, french fries, nuggets with pleasure.
Drinks: Juices in packages, bottled water, UPIs in vending machines, beer and spirits. A couple of times the bartenders did not have time to cool the beer, so we had to wait 10-15 minutes.
Animation: In 2017, there was no animation as such. Now we have recruited great animators who invited us to various games, aerobics, volleyball, etc. In the evening there were also various interesting contests and performances.
Service: the staff is polite, smiling. Rooms and hotel grounds are clean and tidy. In the canteen, cutlery in individual bags, staff in gloves and masks.
Return flight: Our flight was rescheduled two hours ago. Therefore, the hotel could stay until 14:00. Thanks to Lada, our rooms were extended until 14:00 and we went to the beach and had lunch before flying.
