Good afternoon. Returning from vacation, we realized that we were more tired than rested. One plus the sea and the reef.
Rested on the 2nd line. Check-in took place only after talking to the administrator. At the reception, a young man, sorry but I didn't even remember his name, a boor of boors, I haven't met such a person in 15 years. He allows himself to shout and swear, especially when something doesn't suit you. We have three small children, 1.6, 4.7 years old. Family-type room. Everything is just fine....it's good that the air conditioner worked. Cleaning is normal. (daily and qualitatively)
The territory is clean and tidy for 3.
The most painful thing is the food...
There was nothing to feed the children. Adults, so as not to be hungry. Every day the same thing. Moreover, be careful, not fresh fruits and vegetables. Maybe someone is normal at first, but we have something to compare with (CLEOPATRA, SUNRISE, BURON, ALBATROS MODERN....)

When possible (dinner) we ate in the city. Which can be 5, if the glass is paper and a wooden spoon for yogurt...beer is poured if you find it in a paper cup (50 gr)
Children have nothing to do at all. The playground is in terrible condition, starting from the broken trampoline and the slide on which you can get injured.
The last was a flaw that we saw for the first time...Our airport transfer was at 15.40. We left the room at 12.30. We left our suitcases at the reception and went to have lunch. When we came to say goodbye, we received a bill for 2 hours on the territory of $25.
It was something...then I could not hold back anymore...it was a real horror. Remember that at NOVOTEL at 12.00 they cut off the bracelets!!! ! everything else is for money.
In a word, this is a 2-star hotel.
