We rested in this hotel in July 2016. The hotel area is large, but not well-groomed, dirty, even very dirty (dishes, leftovers and even condoms are lying under the bushes), there is greenery, but the higher to the reception, the drier it is. The hotel was closed for about 7 months (due to the tourist crisis in Egypt), which probably had a strong impact on the condition of the hotel and service.
According to the reviews of previous years and vacationers there, not for the first time, we learned that earlier this hotel was really of a high level and with good cuisine, but now, alas, the situation is deplorable.
Upon arrival, our group was placed in the lobby at the reception, the first thing that caught my eye was the dirty floor and tables . . the glass on the tables was smudged, sticky and in traces of glasses. Here it was necessary to get up and leave the hotel, move to another.

Then there was a shock in the dining room, my flip flops stuck to the floor... there were leftovers on the chairs, I’m generally silent about the tables. The breakfasts are very poor, but of course you can find something (scrambled eggs from one egg, boiled eggs (unwashed), yogurt (by the way, you can eat), sausages and sausage are not eaten, disgusting . . pastries are dry, stale and no).
I had to fight for a normal number, which took most of the day +20$. But in the end we got a good room with a beautiful view of the main pool and the sea (although if you are looking for peace during the day, it will be noisy, restless animation and music will not let you take a nap during the day : )). Housekeeping was good, bottled water was provided daily.
We spent the first two days normally, after problems started - E. coli with all the ensuing consequences and a temperature of 38.5. So another 4 days of our "rest" passed. As it turned out, our case was not isolated, so many guests "carried away" to one degree or another. and after, probably when the alarm was already raised, and all the Slavs were transferred to food from the common dining room to the alacarte restaurant. The presence of E. coli is not surprising, because. the dishes in the dining room are the dirtiest, the plates with dried spots, the forks between the cloves have pieces of food, everything is smeared and smeared. There are no disposable glasses, only plastic (under glass), which they washed . . well, as if they rinsed rather.
Dirty, sad how dirty. It’s scary to go into the toilets (on the beach, the deplorable state of the toilets, and on the foot court... especially for women). Perhaps this is due to the fact that 95% of the guests are Arabs, they say they are not distinguished by cleanliness.
We went in general for the sake of the sea, to see the fish, which we liked so much the previous time when we were in Sharm. But the sea here is also not very good, the pantone is long, the reef is dead, there are few fish, very few ((who goes to see the fish, definitely not here. Nabq is specific, the current is strong in the sea, it constantly storms (the panton is usually closed before lunch). But that’s not less seen Napoleon fish and sea turtle!
The hotel has its own water park (which is typical for Nabq Bay hotels), which will be good entertainment for children and adults.

I didn’t like the animation, I don’t like to feel like some kind of mentally retarded, the jokes are memorized and stupid, sometimes vulgar and rude. Separately, I want to say about the show with belly dancing, it's tough . . the girl is not at all in the subject.
The guys resting with a child said that the children's animation was terrible. Frankly Arab animator ridiculed Slavic children.
We were able to have a normal rest only in the last 3 days (out of 8), when we had already moved away from intestinal poisoning and started eating something other than rice and water.
I think it's still a scandal for the hotel, when a lot of tourists have E. coli, but Rehana is unfazed. . they don't care.
Just in case, if this happens to you, I recommend Antinal (an Egyptian drug), our Nifuroxazide did not help.
