This is my first time abroad and I had a wonderful holiday, but not because of a "5 star hotel". I arrived at the hotel at 5 pm, in 5 minutes, without explaining where and what is located, they gave me a room. The room seemed to be beautifully made, but there were smudges on the walls, the furniture was shabby in some places, the pressure of cold water was weak, the LG TV with a 54 tube, 2 Russian channels, everything else was fine. Buffet: food selection is not great, people queue around 3 counters with monotonous food. After they look for a free clean table, because. the staff does not have time to clean and serve them. This is my first time at a buffet but the food, except for some dishes, is not tasty. The territory of the hotel is cleaned and washed, there are 4 bars, a normal disco club, 2 restaurants, 3 swimming pools, a normal beach. No animation. The hotel is mostly Russian, and apparently this indicates that it is not elite.
The hotel staff must be constantly tipped, I don't mean for cleaning the room, carrying luggage, etc. At the reception, managers are not friendly, you smile, you approach with any question, and they are with you from a high and not looking up from their business.
