Before the trip, we read bad reviews about this hotel and decided not to go, but the travel agency through which we took tours, and not for the first time, assured us that the hotel is very (! ) good and all the reviews are lies. We decided to check, we were seduced by the appearance of the hotel, the slides, the territory, the number of pools. Yes, and we had nothing to lose since we went with a big company.
Yes, the territory is good, well-groomed, there are many pools, there are enough places near the pools, three are heated. Not all hotels have it. Water is only available upon arrival, but it’s in coolers in the corridor, but we didn’t drink it, we bought it in the store.
The coral reef is normal, but the entrance is only from one pontoon, which during our trip for ten days was boiled, sawn and could not be completed in any way. And if you enter from the sea, then I am silent about shoes, they must be mandatory, but there are a lot of dangerous places where you can fall between the corals.

The staff is impudent everywhere both in the restaurant and in the bars. Dishes, glasses, cups are really dirty, poorly washed. Before you take a plate, glass or cup in the main restaurant, after a couple of times they were dirty, not washed, you had to look at the light. In the main restaurant, they even saw a cockroach on the table, after which everyone lost their appetite. the food is very poor, believe me, I was not in cool hotels like Savoy, but here the assortment leaves much to be desired, there are simply no napkins on the tables, they give out one per plate. I generally keep quiet about the pool bar, the glasses are really dirty, they don’t wash them . I watched the picture, when some vacationer brought glasses from the beach, unknown clean or dirty, the bartender turned them over and put them in clean ones, I came across a dirty glass, he pretended that nothing had happened and simply poured the beer into another. They begin to understand you only when you show that you will either beat them, or take it all on a camera and take it to the reception, or when you pour them our vodka. That's when you are their friend, and if there is no beer, tonic or anything else for others, then everything is always there for you.
But our vacation was smoothed out by a large and cheerful company, we built them to the fullest, if we didn’t like something, we tried to ignore all these problems.
