The room was cleaned, but very superficially, we had to constantly show places to wipe the dust or wipe it ourselves. Mosquitoes were a real night terror, which made it possible to fall asleep at about 6 in the morning (they practically did not react to various means), after complaining about the reception, or maybe this is a coincidence, it was a little better for one night.
The food in the restaurant is monotonous, but in principle there is something to eat. The restaurant was so busy that the staff didn't have time to clear the tables.
The hotel is dangerous, during the week of stay 2 people were seriously injured: a woman went down the stairs of the main restaurant along the narrow part of the steps and fell, broke her leg, but they had an operation under medical insurance, the second person rode on the slide of the water park, which opened on 30.03, and received a spinal injury because the worker who must control the descents released the next person earlier, who knocked down the previous one.

The guide from the Anex tour provides very beautiful information about excursions, but on the day of the sea excursion on a boat, we asked if it was safe to go to sea during a storm with small children, to which he (not to give money) said that in the place where we Let's swim calmly.
