Good day. Visited this hotel in June 2018 with a family of 6. Of all our noisy company, only I rested in Egypt not for the first time - it was my 4th visit to this amazing country, but I was in Sharm for the first time. I will immediately indicate my special love for Egypt and its culture, as well as for the infinitely beautiful Red Sea! Perhaps it is this weakness of mine that can affect my perception of all the pros and cons of rest in
Rehana Royal Beach Resort & Spa 5*.
Let's start with the positives:
1. Huge, dazzling with all the colors of the rainbow, immersed in greenery, well-groomed territory.
2. Always smiling, friendly, polite, with a good sense of humor, Russian-speaking staff.
3. Developed infrastructure: many pools of different depths (cleaning regularly! about the leaves in the pool, I would like to understand how they can not be if the hotel resembles an oasis!? ), a water park for any age (there are 3 of them), a gym, SPA , diving center (right on the beach Rehana Royal Beach Resort & Spa 5*)
4. Animation at the highest level, starting from 10.00 at the main pool and until the morning in any of the disco clubs (every day is different, extra charge). Animation for children (mini disco every evening, children's room from 10.30 to 12.30 every day).
5. The beach - for me personally, it is in the pluses, although someone may not like the entrance only in slippers or from the pontoon immediately into the abyss, the coral reef is magically beautiful !!!!!!!!
6. Room cleaning - daily without any complaints!
7. Every day at 19.00 the area is cleaned from insects.
In my review, perhaps, there will be no minuses. Between the pluses and minuses of this hotel, I will leave 1) the rooms - they are a little outdated, in need of repair, personally everything worked properly in our rooms, and you don’t need to spend time in the room, being in such a wonderful country! 2) food - it was rather poor, but I always had something to eat.
I want to pay special attention to the shops located next to the reception and the lobby bar.
1. Bag shop - located to the left of the reception desk. Always a varied assortment, quality products, reasonable prices. Seller Mustafa - the sweetest young man, a professional in his field, will help you make the right choice, and also treat you to delicious coffee : )!
2. Shop oils "ORGANIC for natural oils" - located behind the lobby bar on the left. High-quality products, professional advice from the store owner Semyon Semyonych will not leave anyone indifferent! The authenticity of the products is confirmed by 3 certificates of conformity, by the way, on a city tour you will be taken to an oil factory, where the same products are presented, but at a higher cost! Take only 15 minutes to visit this store and I promise you, you will not be disappointed!
Perhaps my review of the guys Mustafa and Semyon Semyonych may seem too pretentious to someone, but they are actually high-level professionals! As a top sales manager, it was extremely interesting and pleasant for me to watch their work! After all, only a person who loves his product can make his buyer love him as much!
On this optimistic note, I want to end my review, to everyone who makes a choice between pros and cons, I recommend this hotel and have a good rest!
