The idea is great, but the execution..............

I was at the hotel at the end of May. The hotel is positioned as new, but you can’t tell from it. The idea of the one who built the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself in terms of location, territory, thoughtfulness and beauty does not cause any complaints. BUT....I will make a reservation right away that I am not a very fastidious tourist, and I do not find fault with trifles, I rested both in 5 * and in 3 *. I read the reviews before the trip, and I think that you need to believe less what is written, and everyone makes his own mood on vacation. Alas, I was mistaken....I'll start in order.
We arrived at the hotel at about 10 am, they said the bracelets would be given at 12, and settled at 14. I understand if the hotel does not have free rooms, but as it turned out later, they simply went on the principle that this is a world practice. Okay figs with you. We waited until 14 (at this time we explored the territory a little and managed to have lunch). The room was given a normal, spacious one, on the 1st floor, in building 4000. In principle, everything suited us: 2 large beds, a sofa, an armchair, a makeup mirror, a high chair, a TV (the hotel is 2 years old, and I think the TV is 10 years old), two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and mini fridge.
They brought 2 bottles of 0.6 liters of water and 1 bottle. 0.4 Coca-Cola. That's all for free for 2 weeks in a room at AL. : -) There are water coolers in the corridor, but IT IS 5*.... When I went to a 3* hotel, I understood that for minimal money, I get the corresponding level, but sorry, friends, here I chose 5 *, not the cheapest, and not for very cheap. There is no cleaning in the rooms, and even the left dollar did not help, the linen was all very washed out.

Nutrition. VERY SINGLE. 3-4 days later knew the menu by heart. I'm not exaggerating. Every day all the dishes are repeated, only 1-2 names change. I tried each time not to type everything in a row, but to take something 1 and different, but there is NO choice. On the street, they constantly cooked on the grill, now fish, then chicken, but everything there is burnt and not salty, not peppered, in short, nothing. After 2-3 times, they didn’t go there anymore. There was always the so-called PIZZA at lunch and dinner, but it’s not pizza at all, but a tortilla smeared with ketchup and grated cheese on top, and that’s it. The bar in the restaurant is always a queue due to lack of glasses. GLASSES THEY DO NOT ENOUGH EVERYWHERE, AT ALL BARS, and this is 5 *? Almost every day, wine, sprite, cola could easily run out, and this is 5 *? There is also a free visit to the Oriental and Italian restaurants once a week, by appointment. Well, we think, at least we will eat there as "white people", BUT it was not there. We were served the same as in the main restaurant, they ran out of both red and white wine, and after waiting for dessert for 15 minutes, we just got up and left. AND THIS HAD TO BE DONE ON RECORD?
Of the fruits, there were only green oranges and bananas, sometimes there were apples, 3-4 times there were again green peaches, for 5 days there were dates and melons (normal). Watermelons were sold for money in a bar on the beach (a 5-6kg watermelon was cut into 6 parts and sold for 4 bucks, it turns out somewhere around 30-35 UAH per kg, not bad! ) and this is 5 *?
Beach. There were always enough sun loungers, although the beach is designed for 2 Rehana 5 * and 4 * hotels. 1 pier with 2 ladders for 2 hotels. 40-50 meters from the shore the water is knee-deep, further the cliff is 30m. A whistle boy constantly walks along the beach, and tries to drive everyone who came from the shore out of the water, and drives them to the pier, and there is not only depth and a strong current, there are so many people that there is no opportunity to swim at all. So I would not recommend this hotel with children. And it would be fine if corals grew near the shore, otherwise there are just stones, and fish swim there and people go to see them, but these whistlers do not give. The pier is closed at 7 pm, so from 6 to 7 the sea is the calmest and only 10-15 people swim. That's when we swam. The fish there are of course super, there is something to see, that's just they reassured from all this service.
Excursions. We went to Israel for 1 day. Super! Were in Jerusalem, Bethlehem (this is Palestine), swam in the Dead Sea. We were picked up from the hotel at 8 pm and returned the next day at 12 am. We paid 110 bucks, and our tour operator Coral wanted 195. We were also in the Ras Muhamed reserve for half a day for 25 bucks by bus, and at Coral it cost 45.

Outcome. I won't recommend this hotel to my friends again, but let the enemies come. : -) From the "+": a decent territory, everything is thought out wisely for buildings, and of course FISHES. Everything else is one solid "-": the staff is terrible, there is no animation, the rooms are cleaned poorly, you need to collect water in the rooms yourself, there are always not enough glasses at all the bars, and because of this you get queues, something constantly ends up at the bars, and this is in the order of things, the food is monotonous, the lack of normal fruits, one pontoon for 2 hotels, and you cannot enter from the shore.
Think for yourself, decide for yourself, but this is not 5 *, but a maximum of 3 * +, and it should cost much less.
