When settling without asking for anything and without asking to settle in a good room. Settled in the 4th building - I think it's normal. The furniture is really not new, as well as repairs. Room cleaning was done daily. , more or less qualitatively (and what you wanted, cleaning is carried out by men). The bed was never changed during the rest period, only towels were changed. The room had a working TV, refrigerator, safe and kettle. Soap, gel, shampoo and bottled water were renewed daily.
The sea until 12-13:00 really with waves and streams - as a result a red flag, you can not swim. There are many different fish in the lagoons, but you want coral reefs and real sea.

The sea begins with a yellow flag and a stampede on the pier and in the sea near it. All vacationers are satisfied with the area of ​ ​.5 * 10m - Horror. The pools are clean and have an incredible amount of chlorine in the water. Swimming is possible only until 18:00. Do not believe that the name of the hotel is a water park. 3 slides are not a water park.
The hotel area is really beautiful, a lot of greenery, but the whole landscape was spoiled by the vacationers themselves (Dirty is not where they clean, but where they do not mark). We did not pay attention to such shortcomings as cracked tiles, ants in the room, not a wiped saw, torn curtain ..... , etc. - we came to rest.
Nutrition: hungry never lost, but expected the best. I'm tired of the monotony of food. All dishes are either oversalted, or boiled, or undercooked, or burnt. It is not always possible to find a free table, let alone cutlery. The dishes are really dirty, especially the glasses and goblets (dirt on them is just more visible).
The 5-star hotel ? ? ? ? ? No-no-no ....The staff is friendly and not rude, always with a smile, both in the capital and in all bars. ICE CREAM, SWEET AND OTHER PROMISES - ONLY PROMISES ! ! ! ! !!
Watching the picture, when EVO "MAJESTY" KAZAKH "rare shit" - rudely demanding a foot of the court at the bar, pour him a full glass of alcohol ....and as a result spat right next to the bar. It is this contingent + some individuals from Polandia respected themselves above all, allowed themselves to throw glasses on the beach, get drunk to the brim, swear, thump by the pools until morning, etc.
General impressions? ? ? It's as if everything is not so bad ....but up to 5 stars Rehanni oh how far! ! ! ! ! ! ! I especially do not recommend relaxing in this hotel! REALLY IN HOTELS WITH 4 STARS IN TIMES BETTER! ! ! ! ! ! ! BELIEVE! ! ! ! ! I DO NOT DECEIVE! ! ! ! ! ! !
