This is not the first time in Egypt, there is something to compare with, the previous hotel was a class higher and much newer, so I will try to be brief and objective. Rested with friends, 4 people
Check-in: promptly, took into account the wishes, and for a small surcharge received good rooms in the Royal Prestige. Liked the rooms. Large, overlooking the sea, everything worked properly, and the condition of the rooms, given the age of the hotel, is quite up to par. Cleaning is average, but I'm not one to look for dust in corners and under beds. Therefore, it suited. Toiletries and coffee-tea-water replenished on time.
The territory is a song! Big. Beautiful, green, well maintained. Sweep, clean, wash constantly. Those who write about dirt, I don't know where you found it. Unless they littered faster than they could clean up after you. True, I didn’t particularly go to public toilets (the building was next to the sea, and with swimming pools, and with restaurants, so there was no need), I can’t say.

Nutrition. Quite normal (unless, of course, you are used to eating lobsters and crabs at home). Restaurants, however, are really more reminiscent of a dining room, there is no beautiful design of either the interior or the dishes. But!... There is enough food, none of us has ever come across stale dishes, there have been no problems with digestion. Everyone always found something to eat. For lunch and dinner there were always several types of meat (chicken and beef were always there, sometimes turkey). Meals on the grill - also twice a day. Basically, they are normal. There was also fish every day. We had plenty of vegetables, fruits and sweets. In a la carte were in all. Italian - I liked it very much. Asian is good. Arabic - the staff needs to be changed. The fish dishes in all three were great! Meat is good.
Sea. Problem. Not the hotel, its location. Wind, red flag in the morning. It was quiet for only two days and you could swim all day. Pretty strong current. For bad swimmers - not the best option. Although the reef is beautiful and there are many fish. The sea was compensated by a huge number of pools. There are really a lot of pools, there are slides for both children and adults.
The staff is mostly friendly, attentive and very positive. The exception is the bartenders in the lobby, in the pool and in the second restaurant. Something must be done with them.
Overall rating. The price-quality ratio corresponds quite well. This is not a VIP hotel. But you do not pay money as for a VIP. Rehana is worth her money. We had a good rest, Rehana left a good impression. I recommend this hotel for a budget holiday.
