A honeymoon trip in a terrible hotel was ruined

Hotel Rehana Royal Beach Resort, 5 * - this is about horror!! ! ! ! We went on a honeymoon trip to this hotel and were amazed at the boorish attitude of the staff, disgusting food. We have been in Egypt several times, both in 4 * and in 5 *, but this hotel draws on 2-3 *. The only plus is a large beautiful area. No variety of dishes, huge queues, the fish was given 2 times for the entire vacation, and it was also half-baked. For the whole huge hotel in the main restaurant there are only three tables of 9 dishes, fruits - rotten bananas, grapes, oranges, melons were given several times - and this is in the fruit season ! ! ! ! The only time they gave me a watermelon, which was cut and given out on a plate in 2 pieces (but I had to stand in line). Sweet disgusting. About the service at the hotel - the Arabs themselves steal towels from sun loungers, for which they then demand money (if you pay on the spot - $ 10, at the reception - $ 20). This business is thriving!
They do not wash glasses at all - when juice (diluted Jupi) was poured, there was often sand at the bottom of the glass. In general, we tried to eat at least there, since the poisoning affected a third of the hotel. I ate exclusively at the hotel and got poisoned so that I lay under drips for three days. When my husband went to ask for a thermometer to take my temperature at the hotel clinic, so the doctor says "Come on mani !!! " They have seen one thermometer for several hundred vacationers !! ! ! ! For three droppers that they put me in the clinic, they paid $ 115. Some vacationers were taken away by ambulances and taken to the hospital for treatment.
It's unfortunate that our honeymoon trip was ruined...
