Traveled with two children. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to the food court (we did not have time for breakfast in the main restaurant). They settled us early, but the room was dead: old, not everything works, the door to the terrace is staggering, the view is into the wall. When checking out at 12 o’clock, the bracelet was cut off, you can’t go to the main restaurant for lunch, but you are allowed to use the food court.
The TERRITORY is green, there are many flowers, but the buildings and decor are old.

ROOM (4008, standard) is spacious, once it was beautiful, now it is dead. The room has a bathroom, a large 2-bed (fitted four), one 1-bedroom, a sofa, an armchair, a desk with chairs, bedside tables, a TV, a wardrobe with a safe (free safe), a kettle with cups. Every day they put a bottle of water, put bags of tea and sugar. On the terrace there is a table and chairs.
The STAFF is very friendly: everyone smiles, greets, strives to shake hands and chat, they especially like to communicate with children. They are very fond of "flirting" with clients (people without a sense of humor may not like it). For $ 1, we were spun cool figurines from towels.
FOOD is quite varied, the choice is large. They never left hungry, they ate from the belly. Grill and french fries are made on the terrace of the main restaurant, pancakes and eggs are fried for breakfast. Of the desserts, dates and baklava are very tasty, but with biscuits they are not very good. There is a separate corner for children with a children's menu (more dietary dishes, usually in the adult section too) on a low counter so that the kids can impose themselves, with children's tables and a TV with cartoons (available in Russian). With meat and sausages - trouble - tasteless, but fried fish - overeating. Juices are terrible - thermonuclear chemistry, sodas and alcohol are also not premium, coffee is terrible. But very tasty herbal teas (available for breakfast) - hibiscus, anise, mint. When the main restaurant is closed, you can eat at the food court. After lunch, a point with ice cream, popcorn and cotton candy opens. There are a la carte restaurants, three of which can be visited for free: we did not like the oriental one, but better in Italian and Japanese. There is also Thai and Chinese, but we did not go.
There are many POOLS (near each building), where both adults and children can swim. In different parts of the territory there are two swimming pools with water slides for children (children are delighted), next to it for adults. In the main animators, bar and entertainment.

But the SEA disappointed us. Almost all the time there was a red (sometimes yellow) flag, strong waves. The children just wet their feet along the shore. My husband and I tried to swim once, but the waves rose, the pontoon was covered with vacationers, it was impossible to enter the sea or get out. Snorkelers swim right next to the pontoon, constantly hitting others. In general, swimming was unrealistic. So during the holidays we went to see the fish several times (very beautiful and interesting) and get our feet wet. But you can't swim.
Wifi was supposed to be free in the lobby and food court area. But in two weeks we didn’t manage to catch him, we had to connect roaming.
Since we are not very demanding tourists, in general we liked the rest : )
