We did not choose the hotel, as we got on last-minute trips. Upon arrival, the hotel unpleasantly surprised us with a shabby hall, dirty and stained shabby sofas and a rude hotel representative at the reception.

We were rescheduled for the return flight 12 hours later, leaving the hotel was at 17:00, but already at 12:00 they cut off our bracelets and said that we could no longer eat in the main restaurant, and you can only eat at the food court, there where burgers were not available, french fries and rubber hot dogs, but no one thinks that perhaps a person should not eat fast food for health reasons.

At the reception I had to give $ 20, so that we could check in a little earlier and in the building with our friends.

The room as a whole is not bad, spacious, if you don’t take into account that the floor lamp didn’t work, it was just broken, we had to fix it ourselves to turn it on, the second one worked like a lamp in a disco, and the third one didn’t turn on at all, didn’t even have an outlet nearby. There are no sockets in the bathroom at all, and the one near the bed had to be divided into two.

Territory

The territory is large, a lot of greenery, there are many pools near each building, there are water parks. Lots of steps. elevators do not work anywhere, get ready that you will have to shove up in such heat to at least eat in a restaurant, although there is an elevator, but it is simply disabled, especially not convenient for people who have small children and strollers (photo below).

In the hotel toilets, the trash bins are overflowing, it stinks, there is no toilet paper.

Nutrition

There is nothing to eat! At the height of summer, there were only vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers. All this is arranged in three pieces on plates.
There were absolutely no greens and fruits ! ! ! Once they gave figs and melons. There is a separate children's menu. Prepare terribly! ! ! They even spoiled the mashed potatoes, everything was terribly salty. Everything that is on the grill, everything is just burnt (photo below). French fries are fried in oil that has turned into OIL. Everything is very fatty, in the morning they simply pour oil on top of the eggs into the omelette, right into the pan.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner did not differ much in the choice of dishes. Except for the fact that dinner is more burnt on the grill. Once they took portioned butter, but it was yellow and spoiled. The tomatoes were rotten to taste, and the olives were so salty that tears came to my eyes.

Do not drink coffee for anything and never in a restaurant, not milk is poured into coffee, but white water.

Many with whom we had a chance to communicate, including us, had stomach problems while relaxing here, the symptoms are similar to E. coli, so stock up on medicines before the rest!
Every day there was bloating, heartburn, nausea, etc.

In bars, they are frankly rude, practically throwing a glass, refusing to pour water before the bar opens (and they are from 10:00). At unsanitary bars, they take glasses by sticking their fingers inside and pour beer into them in almost the same way, they do not react to comments. All staff without masks or with lowered necks. Everywhere everything is dirty, the waiters are untidy and smelly.
Everywhere they pour into tiny plastic 100 ml cups, tourists told us that we need to go outside the territory and buy 4 pieces for $ 1. large glasses and go with your own.

The best cleaner was in our building. Mohamed cleaned perfectly, washed the floor, wiped the plumbing, made the most beautiful compositions from towels (building 4.3rd floor).

If you need a budget vacation, then you are definitely here, do not expect good food, service or anything and do not pay big money for this "*ram" it's not worth it!
