We are an ordinary family with no big requests. But what was my surprise, and then anger visiting this hotel! We wanted to go for Christmas, but it didn’t work out, and then the tour operator suggested that there was an option to go, and we agreed. This is not an expensive hotel and we did not expect anything cool.

We arrived at the hotel at 14 o'clock to check in, but we were told to take a walk, go eat and then settle, well, you never know. When we returned we went to the room. The first impression was not clear, somehow dirty, I didn’t pay attention, I went to the balcony there is a beautiful view of the bass and the sea, partially, excellent, I go back and look at the bed, it’s not made up, I lift the blanket and I see a crumpled sheet and some black dots, in general no one changed the bed, they just fixed it!! ! This is very unpleasant, no one was waiting for us here, why clean up for us! It'll do. Everything is old, everything is crumbling, the shower is barely leaking, the towels are stained, I am not a picky person, this is the first time I write such a review, thank God I am writing.
They didn’t panic, well, they didn’t have enough time or forgot, at the reception they said that they would fix everything now, they went for a walk to the sea, but when they returned after three hours they realized that everything was as it was, they caught the janitor’s guy and talked to paid, he said now I’ll fix everything The fridge didn't work either. He came and took off the whole bed on the dirty floor, laid a new sheet and began to fold everything back, I tell him to change the pillowcases, and he - they are clean and smoothes them with his hands. In general, I didn’t wait for clean pillowcases, as no one changed linen for the whole week, and when he began to crawl on the floor with a black rag without water, cleaning was no longer needed. I wiped all the tables in dust and stains myself with wet wipes. And staff without masks without gloves.

The second shock was when they discovered that not a single pool was heated, and I only hoped for it, because it was announced that 4 pools were heated!! ! We got into the wind, I don’t know who writes that there was no wind ? ! The wind was always ALWAYS!! ! Cold wind, cold pools, cold sea!! ! That's lucky. To the questions of the residents and us, they answered that it was already warm, that they were not allowed, that they did not understand! In the dining room, in general, a mess, complete unsanitary conditions, this is a wild horror. Alcohol is a nightmare! They caught a terrible cold, they caught a cold all over the brain and the coronavirus is not terrible, they prayed to return home !! ! We are now on our second week!
Dear hotel, do not accept guests if you are not ready for it, it is a pity that you and your staff do not have respect for your guests, you just hate them! Such a residue from the trip is terrible! Never, you hear, I will NEVER fly to this country again!! !
