To everyone who is looking forward to a good vacation, good health! I want to say right away that I myself rarely trust reviews when choosing a hotel, since everyone has different requests and expectations, respectively. I was in Egypt 15 years ago and lived there for 3 months, but in Hilton hotels: Hilton Taba, Hilton Nuweiba and Hilton Ramses. I had the most wonderful impressions about these hotels and, frankly, I dreamed of returning to Nuweiba, but since I flew with a friend and a child, and the hotel is 110 km from the airport, we still chose the one that is closer and then all 11 regretted it for days! To decide on the hotel, we looked at the site - just a fairy tale: a huge beautiful area, a good beach and a beautiful sea, the rooms are large; read the reviews - they didn’t advise through one, but since I’m not particularly picky, we decided to spend a vacation there. For the last two years I have been vacationing in Turkey in 5 * hotels.
So, I will emphasize once again, even for me, not picky, with a good attitude and knowledge of the language - this is too bad a five!!!!
Yes, the territory is gorgeous, there is where to take a walk, but there are not enough workers to keep it in proper condition: garbage is always and everywhere, in the morning you come to the restaurant on the site with garbage: cigarette butts, some kind of paper, polyethylene, cups... , in short, dirty! ! The room is huge, but the furniture is really, as they wrote in the reviews, terribly old, it seems that some hotel changed the furniture, because it's time, but they just bought it cheap and put it on. The decoration of the room and all the premises in general is terrible, everything is crooked, somehow smeared, Tajiks are simply aces in decoration compared to the Arabs. I don’t even compare with Turkey, I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere! The room is also dirty, as we drove in on the sink and there were black streaks on the wall in the shower room, so we left, although they left us a dollar 2 times in the hope that they could at least wash it so that it wouldn’t be so obvious, where is it already there !! ! The attendants - all men, not a single woman, I just wanted to ask them for a rag and wash everything myself, and generally show how to clean up. I emphasize once again - dirt is everywhere, even in the lobby, where managers are constantly walking around importantly, it’s better not to look at the glasses at all, it seems that they don’t know what glass cleaner is. In short, all the staff are sooooo lazy, if in Turkey they run around with brooms, brushes, rags already at 5 in the morning, then here only by 7 some begin to wander around the territory.

The main restaurant is a different story. Foreword: I am not a fan of gluttony, I am calm about meat, but even for me, the food was too bad! ! The dishes are constantly unwashed, but this can be understood - a huge hotel, the waiters are generally dead, barely dragging their feet, they will never rush to clear the table so that the next vacationers take it. Breakfast assortment - no for a 5 * hotel: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, tasteless baked vegetables, 3 types of yogurt, 4 types of cereal, 3 types of homemade cottage cheese and unripe olives, and sweets for tea....And so every day !! ! one joy - there was a fruit salad, some kind. So, of course, it will do, but I didn’t even stand next to a single hotel in Turkey, and there’s no comparison with the Hiltons either. A significant plus for ice cream lovers - every day at lunchtime, 4 types as much as you want, you can come up and they will give you a ball in a waffle glass, I liked the taste of mango the most. There was also enough fish for lunch and dinner, fillet and simply in pieces and in batter.
Wonderful 2 restaurants a la carte, we liked both the oriental and the Italian - both the interior and, most importantly, very tasty.
The animation team consisted of only 5 people: 2 Russian girls and 3 Egyptian boys. It was also difficult to find them on such a vast territory, and in general they held all the events by the pool near the beach and on the beach, in principle, those who wanted to participate in outdoor activities participated.
Fans of dancing are given such an opportunity every night on the dance floor in a closed disco club for free. In general, the music is not bad, but every day is the same, when we turned to the main local animator with a proposal to diversify the music, we received a very interesting answer: “if you don’t like it, don’t come. ” This was the key phrase of all the staff of this hotel, and not the beautiful slogan that they have written everywhere, translated into Russian - The smell of hospitality. In fact: "If you don't like it, don't come, and we won't change anything! "
Here you can write a lot more about the cons of this hotel, I just don’t want to take up either your time or mine, I just want to say that I was shocked and if I hadn’t taken a last-minute ticket, and even with an additional 7% discount, then I would be doubly embarrassing for wasted money. The Italians we met said that they would never come to Egypt again after such a hotel and they would certainly write relevant reviews on the websites, although the attitude towards them was better than towards the Russians. Of course, you decide, but I do not advise my friends to come here and I myself will never come.
