Hello everyone! I recently arrived from Rehana Royal Beach Resort & Spa 5*!! ! What can I say. . . the territory is very beautiful (probably it was because of the territory that the hotel was awarded 5 stars) !! ! A lot of greenery, everything is well-groomed, a big plus is that each building has its own pool and all rooms overlook the pool (there are no rooms overlooking the road or somewhere else ). The rooms are very good! I lived in the 6th building! I ordered the Standard and settled in the Family Room. . . it pleased. . . very large bed plasma water, coffee, tea brought to the room every day! bed and towels are changed on demand. . . large balconies in the room, everything worked and air conditioning and shower! Electric cars drive from the building to the beach. . . because from the 6th and 5th buildings to the sea it takes about 15 minutes! The beach is good with sun loungers with mattresses and umbrellas. . . the pontoon is short but the only thing is that it is the only one for the whole hotel and there are usually a lot of people there! a very beautiful coral reef. . . a lot of fish is also a plus! ) What can I say about food. . . once at a time do not have to! The food is not varied. . . basically they give chicken (if you're lucky, they gave beef and lamb) it's not very tasty! they gave fruits and desserts, they also pleased! ) in general, the food pulls for 3 !! ! it was very strange that the hotel was 5 stars, and there was such a problem that there was not enough glasses for drinks. . . despite the fact that this problem was not only in the main restaurant. . . they simply didn’t pour at the bars because they didn’t have glasses. . . or if there is then no drinks. . . ended and that's it!! ! and it's 5 stars!?!?! ? What struck me was the rudeness of the staff. . . especially the bartenders!! ! First of all, they work very slowly (which led to huge queues) Secondly, all of them talked with customers (about how many glasses they would give per person) and if you want to take more than 2, then there were problems. . . either they didn’t pour it, or you had to show THEM that you were sitting with a company !! ! this was also in the bar on the beach. . . where there is no canopy and you had to stand for a very long time waiting for something to drink under the sun !!! ! The bartenders also allowed themselves to talk very boorishly !! ! There was also a problem (we did not encounter it), but the friends who lived in the 4th building were Extremely dissatisfied with the way they cleaned the room. . . they didn’t change towels and bedding at all and didn’t even tread the floor (not to mention what to wash) !! ! They don’t wipe glass and mirrors there at all !! ! The hotel is 4 years old and the repair is mostly (especially in the bathroom) everything is very old and cracked on the walls. . . Animation is so-so. . . when I went there I was told that this is a VERY fun hotel. . . I can’t say that! Yes, children’s animation is good there, but for adults. . . (((mostly taken out to paid discos and what struck me when the disco was on the beach in hotels, it also cost $ 10 !! ! in general, I won’t go there again... I think that this hotel does not pull on 5 stars !! ! Especially the service is very weak!!! so I do not advise. . . It’s better to go to Rehana Sharm 4 !! ! the service is much better there food is the same territory is good and there is a hotel across the road from 5 through the underpass you go to territory 5 and you go to the beach by electric cars! on the beach you use the bar 5 ! and save a lot of money! )
