I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. Service is great! The kitchen is chic. The hotel has 5 restaurants, we were in three to choose from - the food is amazing. We went on an excursion to Cairo and flew to Luxor - super! Taxi drivers near the hotel bought us food, water, replenishment of the account at local prices as for themselves. The minus in the hotel is the annoying and arrogant staff, it's unpleasant... Somehow they found out that my husband had flown away and I was left alone, and they bothered me with night calls with silence on the phone, a knock on the door at night and in the morning. Horror!
